The experience at this hotel wasn't good. The quality and hospitality was not upto the mark. The behaviour of the staff was not good.

Lots of local people come here at night and drinks alcohol stuffs, unbearable noise couldn't sleep for two days

It was an house as homestay. Supporting staff and good facility. Though it was ok but seems food facilities can also be provided like home made.

Location is about 2km away from paltan bazar railway station. It is located on top of sarnia hill. View from balcony is awesome. Service and amenities are also good.

The stay was good. The staff were kind and nice. A decent breakfast. Suggestion adding a water dispenser for the guests would be great.

I booked family room through the app but at the homestay the receptionist gave another room that was not at all good or equal to the rooms or amenities that were in the family room when i asked for another room they simply said all the rooms were full. It was a bad experience.

Pathetic service, very unhygienic, gave a complete different and dirty room. No help from the staff.
