The Greenwood Guwahati - A Luxury Boutique Hotel

Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

Location was perfect. The room was well maintained with good room service. Varieties of food and taste was superb. Would specially thank Mr.Krishna, front desk for his hospitality. Would surely recommend to frens and relative to have a stay at this hotel

I recently held my engagement ceremony at Greenwood and I only have the best things to say about the team that manages Greenwood. A special shoutout to Siddharth, who is the F&B Manager and also their chief engineer, Vikram who ensured that the engagement ceremony was conducted without a hitch. On the day of the ceremony, the Bagaan space was to be used for the luncheon and unfortunately, the external team that was hired to refurbish the space declared that they'd be unable to meet the timeline. It was their in-house engineer, Vikram, who got it done and consequently, our family (plus guests) truly enjoyed the food and in the Bagaan area. After all, what is ceremony without a wonderful space to sit and enjoy the food shared on such an occasion? :) Siddharth was a maverick. It's no skin off my nose to candidly admit that I categorically couldn't have pulled off this engagement ceremony without his help. He could've left it at food and beverages tasks, but he went above and beyond to ensure that my fiancé and me got the ceremony we desired. There is professionalism and there is a sincere effort in putting your best foot forward in one's task. Siddharth and his team are most certainly the latter. A big, big thank you to the whole Greenwood team!
