Vishnu Inn

Location is good. Food was ok, we just had lunch from there as there was plenty of better options available outside. When we had lunch during our check in time there was a single staff to cater to the restaurant as well as do the reception works. She was struggling to balance the duties. Amenities and services were not up to the mark. The television set in my room was not working when we called the reception they came and checked and informed that something was wrong with the cable connection but did nothing to solve it. The tap and other fittings inside the bathroom seemed old and not maintained. Also something need to be done to get rid of mosquitoes.

The room was pretty small considering the cost. Not too far from the temple. Most of the staff were friendly.

Walkable distance to temple. Worth for the rate. Rooms are neat and clean. Food and parking available.

Excellent service by service. Provided a free extra bed on demand. Close to guruvayoor temple -hardly 3mins walk.

Stay was average, property requires good maintenance and upkeep, parking facility and food areas require improvement. Hospitality was good.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Vishnu Inn, Guruvayoor I booked a room at Hotel Vishnu Inn, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. First off, the fan inside the room wasn’t working, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, we couldn’t lock the bathroom door, which is a basic necessity. There was no dental kit provided, and when I requested one, I was informed that it’s only available for premium customers—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand. I requested tea at 7 AM, and not only did they inform me around 8 PM that room service starts only at 8:30 AM, but when they finally served the tea, they delivered it to the wrong room! This lack of organization and service is truly unacceptable. Moreover, there is no car parking available at the hotel. You’re expected to hand over your car keys to the reception, and they park it somewhere and keep the keys with them. This practice made me very uncomfortable, as it’s not a secure or convenient option. My humble request to all travelers: **please avoid booking rooms at Hotel Vishnu Inn**. The experience was far below expectations, and there are better options available nearby.
