Very good reception and good room. Excellent location, important temples are at walkable distance. Good option to stay in Guruvayur.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this property. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness—rooms were not well-maintained, with visible dust, unclean linens, and an overall lack of hygiene. The bathroom was particularly unhygienic, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were frequent power cuts, and the backup was either inadequate or delayed, leaving us in the dark multiple times. This was extremely frustrating, especially at night.

Worst customer service, they have given us 2 particular rooms that don't have working tv. Reception person behaved rudely. Won't book again in that hotel.

Pros: 1. Location: seethes regency is walkable distance from both guruvayur (300 m) & mammiyoor temple (150 m. They don't have any restaurant but being located in the city centre, plenty of restaurants are available around. 2. Clean & well maintained rooms & clean washrooms. They provide dental & bath toileteries. 3. As the hotel provides rooms on hourly basis, early check-in or late checkout is possible with addle hourly payment. Cons: 1. No lift and the stairs are steep. 2. Tv does not work as there's no cable network connection.

Very nice stay. Worth for money. Very near to all the places. Walkable distance from mahadev temple and guruvayoor krishna temple

Chose this place as it was closer to guruvayoor temple. That was the only plus point. Walkable distance to the temple from both sides. There was supposed to be a tv in the room and it was not there. Blankets and towels looked dirty. It was clean but looked dirty because it probably hasn't been changed for years. The commode wasn't stable. Every time we used it it would shake a bit. I felt it would break anytime. The light was broken in the washroom. Thankfully people in the reception were sweet and humble. I am giving a rating of 3 only because of their service.

Located in central area on a main road and very easy to reach the property. Well maintained & clean amenities. Staff were very friendly. Near to lord krishna temple at walkable distance. Even mammiyoor shiva temple is close by. Able to see papers in english kept in reception area. Toiletries also provided.

Nearest temple, so you can essay for temple darsan. No tea maker and iorn box in ac deluxe room. Only one towel for one family.

Room that i got was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Near to lord krishna temple at walkable distance. Even mammiyoor shiva temple is close by. Able to see papers in english n malayalm kept in reception area. They need to disinfect the room regularly. Saw many cockroaches in side room after 6pm. Room walls need water proofing treatment and fresh paint. People who stay longer duration, the bath towels must be provided at the room door in the morning.
