The Place Gurugram – A Member of Radisson Individu

The Place Gurugram, Radisson Individual in Gurugram is a small hotel sandwiched between two other hotels, in a row of hotels off the main expressway. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a challenge for the driver of Blue smart, and Uber was no better. It's because there are no clear signs to indicate when to enter into a side lane, parallel to the main road. The whole row of hotels suffer is problem. A Wine/Alcohol superstore and a square like, brewpub restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. PROs: The hotel is small and quiet, the lobby and reception are compact, and the restaurant is to the left. The WiFi signal was good. The restaurant staff and the young front reception staff very extremely helpful. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. CONs: The buffet breakfast was a bit of a disappointment compared to other comparable hotels. Did not notice a bar. The exercise room/gym is in the basement; and could not find it easily. Given it's location, I was surprised that the hotel did not exchange foreign currency. Hunting for a FX involves taking an auto or a Uber. I will probably stay there again.

Great experience in Radisson individual gurugram nice room great service with amazing food mr Chandan was very helpful and chef bhandari was very kind and humble.lots of choice in breakfast buffet.housekeeping staff was also very helpful

Chef vashu is very polite and was so good he made our food enjoble as we ordered non spicy food and it was finger licking thank you so much chandan and vishan were very good and always on toes at our service best hospitality amezing hoAmazing hospitality...love it, we will visit again for a lovely staycation, and they surprise me with special amenities and they even hang out with my kid and provide infant friendly food and food is very tasty. it was lovely staycation with Radisson Individuals thank-you very much
