Mirada Exclusive Bodrum

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

What can I say. This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in in terms of service, facilities and the overall all-inclusive holiday/hotel experience. The hotel itself is beautifully located on the outskirts of bodrum on the hillside. It has a private beach, extremely well managed and maintained with beachside facilities, drinks, food etc. The pool is above this overlooking the bay and again is exceptionally maintained with poolside service. The all inclusive drinks list is endless and includes all cocktails. The service everywher, in every location of the hotel is exceptional, from housekeeping (Arfan who looked after us for 7 days) to the valet services parking our car to the buffet restaurant - a big thank you to the exceptional service from Kadir, Dogan, Mehmet and Busra and to Eyup in the beach bar who was always so welcoming and warm. A great thank you also to the wonderful service from the restaurant manager Can (Jan), who was exceptional and ensured that we always had everything we needed and that our stay would be memorable. He managed both the Greek and Italian restaurants and his team were always so warm and welcoming, greeting us as old friends. We are so sad now to be returning home as we will truly miss these wonderful people and the memories of our holiday will last forever. We can't wait to return. Thank you everyone at Mirada.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left The Mirada was absolutely perfect and the experience ultimately comes down to the staff who deserve massive recognition for all their hard work. We were greeted by a very friendly Berk on reception who allowed us to enjoy breakfast before it closed whilst he did our paperwork, this was very kind and considerate of him. He then arranged for a cake to be sent to our room for my mum’s birthday which again was a really thoughtful touch. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and would source our drinks at breakfast and dinner times, special mention to Nusret who was able to make my sister’s very difficult latte request. We enjoyed our nights spent at the Lounge 9+ bar with Sullyman and another barman whose name I didn’t catch. The pair of them were great with ensuring all guests had drinks and even draped blankets around those who were feeling the cold. The beach terrace was lovely and sunny and was where we spent most of the day enjoying the beautiful weather. With a special mention to Sabri who was always offering us drinks. Melody the customer service General Manager listened to a minor complaint of ours with sincerity and ensured the issue was resolved promptly. Furthermore, Ugur the spa manager provided great service when we arrived at the spa and also took the time to find us to discuss the minor complaint we had which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had an absolutely fabulous time at the Mirada. The food, service and facilities were perfect and just what you would want for a relaxing stay! Thank you so much to The Mirada team!

It's a very relaxing hotel. You can always find sunbath and towel here. We like our room too much. There is a beautiful view everywhere. Thanks to Guest Relations Department Mr. Burak. He's very heplful. Also, foods are very delicious. Our room is cleaned very well every day.
