Great hotel nice and clean food and drinks were nice Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is cozzy bar needs some shelter for warmth on the evening in cooler months such as april. Overall we had a lovely experience Take a jumper for the evening

Just returned home yesterday after a really lovely 2 weeks. The hotel is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We changed rooms pretty much as soon as we had booked in and were shown to our room which was a small sea view room ( we booked a sea view) but given that the view was very restricted and as it was on the top floor we realised my husband would struggle with the stairs so asked to change to a more accessible room which was done immediately and we were shown the other room before making a decision. We were shown a large family room and decided to take it. The room was huge with a separate bedroom area and separate sitting area, a TV in both rooms, a jacuzzi bath in the room as well as the bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking a part of the garden abs still with a small sea view. . The room itself was great but the decor was awful and the furniture very dated. The beds were really comfy. All the staff were amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. Food was average tbf, very much the same each day however the food on Turkish night was beautiful as was the chicken curry. The food wasn’t really hot and ended up luke warm by the time you made your way around the buffet. The pancakes at midday were stunning. The Turkish bath was amazing! Myself and my husband booked this as a couple. Def recommend!! We only used the the atmosphere and the music however this also got very repetitive by the second week. We used the al a Carte fish restaurant and the Italian both of which were lovely. My main gripe was the housekeeping, or lack of it. Spoke to reception twice and to the room attendant herself as o my the beds and towels were being changed/made, nothing else was being cleaned including the sink, shower, surfaces, floors. Really not acceptable. Things improved for about 2 days but then went back to basics. The location of the hotel was amazing however I don’t enjoy walking the strip day or night simply as you couldn’t get very far without the shop/restaurant staff coming out and trying to get you into their premises. I knew this was an issue but this was intense maybe due to the time of the year and them trying to get as much business as possible ax they were all starting to close up for the season. Oh and the flies!!!!!!! OMG they were everywhere. Overall a fabulous family holiday but I don’t think we would return.

The noice at night is so loud with the music from the nearby bars the hotel staff food etc we cannot fault but the music does on until early hours, (2.30am last night) ..,and we requested a quiet room its a shame as we would have definitely returned to this hotel

The hotel staff were excellent, but this is a very tired and basic hotel. Our first room only had 2 single beds so we asked to move, staff were great and moved us, our second room had a view of a unused pool and overgrown vegetation which prevented use of balcony, so we asked to move again, top marks to staff they did this, our third and final room was basic with poor air-conditioning, bedding and bathroom that constantly smelt of sewage, this was graded as a 4 star hotel by jet2 which I think was well over graded, again I would like to say staff here are great but hotel is not a 4 star

Amazing hotel, so clean, very luxurious & quite surprisingly! Food is 10/10 something for everyone! Entertainment is outstanding, Staff are brilliant and so helpful we loved every moment of our stay… have been 2 times and will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Parkim ayaz

Absolutely amazing!!! We stayed for a week and had such a lovely time. THE STAFF IS 10/10 especially Ibrahim and Ramazan(Roman) both Absolutely fantastic waitresses,so kind,helpful. They organized my daughter birthday,she Absolutely loved it. Lovely,young,hard working boys and always so polite,kind ...Good luck to them We will miss them so much and the other staff aswell Food Absolutely amazing.The animation team also great . Location perfect Hotel so clean. Can't ask for more ... Lovely place Will definitely come back ... Anna Jakub(polish bober) Zofia ❤️❤️❤️
