Smart Holiday Hotel & Suites -All Inclusive

Mitarbeiter von hotel waren sehr unfreundlich wir haben fast 2std wegen check in gewartet die Dame von Empfang war unfreundlich Zimmer wurde angeblich geputzt aber bei Bettwäsche waren blutflecken WC war schmutzig leider müssten wir 2 Tage bleiben da wir kein andere hotel gefunden haben aber nie wieder und wir haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber haben kein meer gesehen die haben nicht mal eine eigene Strand end weder muss mann mit service da hin fahren oder zu Fuß es dauert mehr als 20 min also schrott

We stayed in this hotel from 7th til 14th June 2025. I would not give this hotel any stars as this hotel is not fit for purpose. Firstly the rooms are too far away from anywhere with the amount of stairs you have to climb before you even get into the room. 1 lift from reception to he pool area which isnt ideal. The rooms are dated and needing an upgrade. No towel or bed change all week, not even a win was emptied. Had to ask for towels and room to be cleaned twice before they even came near to the room which was too late as I was checking out. The all inclusive food and drink mostly catered for Turkish / Russians, it was awful. Sun lounger mats could have been cleaned they were absolutely disgusting. One of the days we could not get access to the room with the card and my friend had to go to reception 5 times before the card was working. What kind of customer service is that supposed to be? If I were you, check the reviews before you go and if you like bottom class then this is the place for you.

On arrival, not good. Our room was on the top floor, dirty and smelling of damp, patio door broken, pillows yellow stains all over so complained & second room wasnt any better. Eventually we were given a ground floor family room, it was OK & was cleaned every day The food was awful, seem to only cater for Russians as it's owned by Russians Everything was cold & the only meat was chicken. Don't even have a toaster. No kettle in rooms. There was a hot drinks machine by the bar, but it's turned off at night and only switched back on at 7am The bar ran out of drinks a couple of times. We asked about the beach, which was advertised in the facilities but reception didn't know where it was & sent us up a hill, we eventually walked the full length of the beach & found the hotel name at the far end, no sunbeds & parasols were just being put up. The only good thing to say is the bar /restaurant staff were absolutely lovely . PLEASE PLEASE Take note of all the negative reviews, it's only the Russians who are somehow putting positive reviews. . This so called hotel is most definitely NOT A 4 STAR. It isn't even a 2 star. We can't believe that Tui actually take clients here.

Cold food every meal told can microwave if I want it hot by staff not any English food even tho stated there would be always things no kid would like to eat. No kids pool loud music all night long. Money stolen from apartment after telling them not to clean. Lack of option at the bar even tho all inclusive. Bloody in chicken from snack bar. Staff know little to no English and make you use phone to translate. Toilet wouldn't flush up to 4 hours and then showers were cold. Nothing but negative feedback from every guest we spoke to while there also.

Honestly I could write a 5 paragraph review on how bad this place is but I’ll keep it simple and straightforward. - we had all inclusive but the only food we ate was chips… which had to be microwaved, food seemed to be for the Russian and polish guests. There were only a handful of British and none of us enjoyed the food - the soft drinks are out of a warm bottle, only 1 choice of beer, and watered down juice. -most staff didn’t speak English and was rude after we complained. - a 3rd floor balcony collapsed right next to us while we were there. -pool smelled. -no fire safety measures. -trip hazards around the pool.
