We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, the staff is top notch and very friendly ( especially Afreen Manzoor ) served very nicely and helped us in many sorts. He got our heart and made us feel special. We will be staying here rest of our tours. Thank you

Good facilities. Room heater. Electric blanket. Location is also good. Good is amazing. But yes at higher cost. Good alternative to pine and hill resort.

The bed and toilet was clean and warm, heater was also very good food was also excellent, i was surprised and awed by the snow handing from hotel canopy roof and took rope light added beauty to the scene and pristine

Really good entrance and very beautiful view from the hotel room itself small but cozy rooms really happy with their hospitality and behaviour Although the food is super good their and the staff is really helpful We didn’t need to go out their room service is also good

I recently book the hotel for 2 night stay in the month of Nov'24 in of the travel website. The website clearly stated pay at premise but the moment the booking was done, the management has urge me to do immediate payment and I have made a payment with condition I am still able to cancel or modified the booking before the due date and they agreed with it. After a week, I tried texting them to amend the booking to 1 night but there was no response and I amend through travel website. They immediately WhatsApp me on reason and I told them to refund me for 1 night. Unfortunately, It has now been over three months, and the matter remains unresolved. I have texted them requesting for refund and very poor response. They give all kind of reason to refund and stop replying my messages. Finally I reviewed their hotel with the fact that they scam and don’t pay customer refund. Immediately they WhatsApp me and threaten to remove the comment if not they won’t proceed the refund. I suggest to please aware on this people bad service before proceed the booking. A very bad experience till today the refund was not done. Very bad management. Be careful they will scam you

The wait staff was very attentive and helpful, the rooms facilities were average, with a need for general updates! I wish there was a lift to help aging guests like our parents who had to climb several stairs to and from the room! The food served for breakfast and dinner was good.

Exhorbiantly high price, small room with no facility even no kettle provided. Word resort is a mismatch for this small hotel

Warning: Stay away from this hotel! The value for money is worthless. Our stay was extremely bad, and safety is a major concern with loose electric wires in the showers—posing a serious hazard, even a potential threat to life. No water both in the morning and later in the day after skiing, making basic hygiene impossible. The central heating does not work in the rooms (even if you are told it works, do not be fooled). The dining room lacks cleanliness, and the overall state of the hotel is disgusting. Questionable hygiene practices, such as cleaning used glasses with a dry towel for reuse, raise serious doubts about food safety standards. The room itself was far from clean, no cover over the blankets, imagine how filthy this is. Addressing these issues with the staff and manager only resulted in worsening the experience due to their arrogance. 8 peoples with complaints were waiting in the lobby for the manager who was hiding in his own room according to the other staff that lacks any responsibility to answer questions of these guests. A regrettable and unsafe stay overall in Gulmarg.
