The Cabins at Gulf State Park

I can’t say enough about how amazing our recent stay in one of the Lakeside cabins at Gulf State Park was! The cabin had everything you could want and made us feel completely at home. The location is absolutely perfect. You are close enough to ride a bike to the beach or over to Gulf Shores but still separated enough that at night all you could hear was the sound of birds on the lake. We spent our mornings having coffee on the pier outside of our cabin, the evenings having dinner on our screened in porch, and afternoons E biking on the absolutely beautiful bike trails within the park. And we have to give a special shout out to Amy who went above and beyond, even weeks before our trip, to make our vacation, fun and relaxing. We were so sad to see the week come to an end, but we are already planning our next trip Down there and will absolutely be staying at the cabins at Gulf State Park. Thank you again for making a weeklong vacation for two old friends so incredibly special!

The cabin was beautiful, pristine, and peaceful. It captured the perfect aesthetic for the lakeside. The location was great and the park had so much to experience we didn't have time to explore it all. The office staff were more than helpful before, during, and after our visit. Our family had stayed at the previous cabins at this location and had a great time, but the redesigned cabins were a huge upgrade and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cabin was beautiful, beds were comfortable and screened in porch was perfect place for meals and enjoying the quiet. We love Gulf State Park and this was our first time staying in the park. Already planning next trip. Trails are second to none. Would highly recommend a visit to park to anyone who asked. Check in and check out were absolutely seamless. Love, love, loved our vacation. We’ve been visiting the area for over 20 years and this was by far our most enjoyable visit!

Staying in the park was perfect! Our cabin was so comfortable and charming. We enjoyed our firepit, fishing and biking in the park as well as parking at the beach. The staff were all amazing and very helpful! Thank you for making my vacation with teenagers truly relaxing!

We loved our check-in experience - very thorough, friendly, and accommodating. All questions answered, value-adds shared. The cabin was immaculate, roomy, and all needs supplied with just the right touch of luxury for a cabin. If anything, we felt the den furniture could have been a tad more comfortable (kinda hard). We also loved the many amenities that came with our rental and tried to take advantage of as many as possible!

We stayed in the cabins in the woods and they were fantastic. Clean, recently redone, and very quiet. There are tons of trails and free bicycles for use anywhere in the park.
