Carlton Air Trail Hotel (Guiyang Guanshanhu High speed Railway North Station Branch)

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

這次入住體驗堪稱“賓至如歸”，酒店位置絕佳，周邊餐廳和便利店一應俱全，出行超方便。房間設計現代雅緻，床品柔軟到讓人一夜好眠，浴室乾濕分離且熱水充足，細節處處體現用心。最感動的是服務團隊：前台小姐姐主動幫忙寄存行李，還貼心準備了本地美食地道美食

這次住得特別滿意！酒店位置很方便，出門找路、搭車都省心。房間乾淨又整潔，床品舒服，晚上睡得特別安穩。前台服務也很熱情，有需求迴應得快，全程沒讓人費心。整體體驗超棒，妥妥五星，下次來還選這兒！

設施：齊全，房間進來是人臉認證，很方便 衞生：乾淨 環境：晚上安靜，窗户隔音效果好；樓下有餐廳和便利店，距離北站也近，步行十分鐘可到 服務：很好，阿姨每天打掃衞生，前台服務態度也很好

酒店位於貴陽北站對面的一棟寫字樓上，走個地下通道就到高鐵和地鐵站，交通非常方便。入住前酒店還主動聯繫是否需要接站等，服務超讚。房間設施很新，小度全屋智能，乾濕分離，衞生很乾凈，樓下週邊有很多吃的和便利店，生活便利。
