The hotel has well maintained interior unalike the unappealing appearance outside, the front desk and staff were really helpful during our stay guiding us navigating the facilities. Shared laundry room (wash and dry) is located on level 1 though, but availability status of the machines are available on the hotel tv. Rooms have daily housekeeping service and were very clean and tidy.
The optional breakfast is actually pretty good, buffet style and with a great variety of options and you can request foods like noodles from the food counter.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room is nicely designed and properly maintained. It is not located at city Center, but it is near to high speed railway station (15mins by car)

設施：停齊全的、唯獨洗手盆我不太喜歡，可能我化粧原因
衞生：挺乾淨的，提前發視頻給我看了
環境：整體感覺不錯
服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務是真的好，還給我提供了早餐、進店能喝到温的礦泉水，服務這點必須要點贊👍

老城區住過兩晚後特意去觀山湖新區體驗一下，海拔高了200米確實體感更冷了些，想必夏天住這裏一定很不錯。酒店處在安靜的大院內，一棟典雅中式風格的獨棟樓，房間很大。前台人員熱情周到/有求必應，送兩次農夫山泉瓶裝温水。第一晚房間還沒熱起來，想加床被子，阿姨很快就送來了。早餐也不錯，中式西式的都有。如果以後有機會夏天來避暑，這裡是不錯的選擇。

第一天辦理入住，管理部經理楊一朋就體現了管理人員貼心的一面，直接贈送了早餐，讓我們體驗貴陽早餐風味。晚間由於客房空調問題一直沒解決，又是楊經理出麪協調快速解決。作為住客來説最重要的是反應問題第一時間得到解決，對於這樣的處理速度真的很滿意，推薦大家入住體驗。

酒店地理位置便利，旁邊就是地鐵站，對面有個紅街夜市美食一條街，裏面的烙鍋很多家，房間比較大，打掃的非常乾淨衞生間乾濕分離，前台和保潔阿姨都是笑臉相迎，有問題都能及時解決，房間的隔音很好，晚上睡的很香，來貴陽旅遊選這家沒錯的。

環境整潔安靜，前台服務熱情周到，主動免費升級房型驚喜加分！客房寬敞明亮，衞浴整潔無死角。早餐品類豐富，現煮麪檔口味在線。隔音效果良好，夜間休息無幹擾。整體體驗超出同價位預期，適合商旅及度假人羣。細節貼心，性價比拉滿。

千萬不要定這個140多平米的套房，傻大傻大的。兩個洗手間，衞浴設施都比較老舊。圖片這裏也是套房的一部分，得有100平吧！除了這裏還有一個客廳，真神奇。預訂前被圖片忽悠了，這裏其實是個大平台，用玻璃房封起來的，難怪我剛預訂完酒店就打給我問要不要提前開空調，而且這邊天花板好幾處玻璃都碎掉了。另外，麻將機非常非常老舊，一把牌都打完了，他還沒洗完牌，一度以為是壞了。
