The room is very confortable, location is ok and would stay again. The view over the window is not good but other than that its ok

In General the hotel was good. However, I chose the hotel because of its pool and it was closed. Trip.com helped me to be compensated and find out why, and the answer was it wasn’t hot enough to open it (it was 35 degrees). It was clean tho and the staff was polite.

Certainly not a relaxing stay - the room walls were very thin and you could hear absolutely everything other guests were saying throughout the evening. Seemed intent on having conversations in the corridor until 3am!
The room smelt strongly of smoke and the location left much to be desired. Won't be going back.

整體環境不錯，乾淨衞生，空間寬敞。前台服務熱情，工程部能迅速的解決空調無法打開的問題。樓下叫網約車方便。
在“客房服務指南”中看到可以提供冰塊，去前台諮詢時，得知沒有冰塊供應。
總體而言，相當滿意的，推薦入住。

跟朋友一起出行跨年，選擇了離市區較近的金嗓子酒店，出乎意料的驚喜，房價不僅便宜，房間也不差，空間寬敞，衞生乾淨。下次還會繼續選擇！

房間很好.前台服務也好.停車場很大.附近吃的東西也很多.對面街有一家吃老公雞的味道也不錯.酒店離市中心很近.走10分鐘左右就能到東西巷.步行街.

房間可以的，夠寬，床也還好，衞生乾淨，前台服務不錯，升級了房型，贈送了早餐，整體體驗感不錯！下次暑假出遊是不錯的選擇
