We had an unforgettable stay at Boyard Hotel Guilin — truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and we were surprised with a room upgrade that went far beyond our expectations. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and made our kids feel so excited and happy. The hotel itself is elegant and well-designed, with an amazing rooftop view overlooking the mountains and river surrounding Guilin — it’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset. We spent time up there just taking in the scenery, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. There was a great variety of delicious options, and what touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture from the staff — we once mentioned that our child loves broccoli, and the next morning, they made sure to include broccoli in the breakfast. Such personalized care is rare and speaks volumes about their hospitality. For families, the hotel has everything you could ask for — a playground, a claw machine with fun prizes, and a well-equipped gym for adults. Our kids were entertained and happy throughout the stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff: 晶晶, 小息, 小婷, and 小萍. Your kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and at home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Guilin, and we highly recommend Boyard Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and family-friendly stay in Guilin.

10/10 highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Guilin. The views are stunning and bedrooms are huge, spacious and clean. Breakfast is also so tasty 😋 Additionally the staff are absolutely delightful and so willing to go above and beyond to make guests happy. Shoutout to 萍萍 and 小婷 for making my trip extra memorable in Guilin - they both went the extra mile and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely stay here again next time 💓

The hotel is outstanding in service delivery and ensuring every comfort is met. Additional communication is consistently offered to ensure the stay and experience in the city is met. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts and afternoon teas are great. The spa is also a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank you for a memorable stay.

excellent service from the front desk. especially Ms Jing Jing晶晶 and her team. Apart from free upgrade of our room ( 2 rooms) , but also provide detail travel guide to us. excellent service . no. 1 in Guilin

The bed was very comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was stellar and definitely worth eating every day. I will say the staff was a little overbearing when you come in every day. It got to be a bit much when I was just trying to get to my room and they kept asking me questions. Like are you checking in today? Would you like a spa? And I would have to say no it’s my second day here. Really don’t need that much attention every time I come in.  Also please don’t ask for five star reviews upon check out. It’s really a turn off and makes me second-guess the whole reviewing process when the hotel is asking you to give them five stars when a proper assessment is always beneficial to both the hotel and guests.
