Everything was just perfect. The view from the hotel was amazing. All the staffs were very helpful and especially Melody who made our staff even better. She gave us a free room upgrade and helped me surprise my boyfriend on his birthday. Alll the foods were good. Staffs also help you book activities from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s one of the best hotel I've stayed in. My whole experience at this hotel has been very pleasant.

Melody made our stay seamless. She booked us a tour guide, Alan, who was perfect for showing us around. The facility is nice, calm, and conveniently close to the Reed Flute Cave. The food is fine, and the overall experience makes for a truly enjoyable holiday.

Amazing place, very quiet and beautiful. My room was with excellent view on the lake. Just near there is the mountain with Reed flute cave. Tasty breakfast, they have Chenese and Western types. Also I like the hotel's garden with ducks and a cute rabbit.

Had a fantastic stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort! The hospitality was top-notch, especially from one of the female staff members who was very welcoming and fluent in English. She greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, which made the experience even more pleasant. The food was delicious, and the room was superb—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The environment was truly breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

It was amazing, staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and the view spectacular. Although is a place outside the city area i expected more transportation, food was not easy to get and no taxis or Didi. But we really enjoyed the calmness and beauty of nature.

Great location, very beautiful. Lots to see around the area. Only a 10-15 minute drive into town. Very lovely staff! Some of the power outlets in the rooms don't work. Very clean.

Thanks to the lovely sweet lady who was very attentive of us. The room view was gorgeous, right over the lake. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious. We walked over to the reed flute cave with discount tickets from the lady. We stayed one night and spent the next morning biking on the red road to explore Lu family village.

Very big room, and very nice stay in this hotel. Beds very comfy. They could provide a last second late check out as my husband got sick the day we had to leave the hotel. Just one girl speaks English, but we communicated through WeChat translator. Very nice restaurant too, with big portions and cheap price. Recommended!

Very nice place. Hotel was clean no issues. Very nice view from my hotel room and also nearby the Reed Flute Cave so you can just go to the place whenever. It should only take you like an hour to explore the cave. I personally took 2 hours since I spent a lot of time taking pictures. More importantly, the receptionist is very hospitable. I had nothing booked and planned and she helped me out with booking everything needed.
