My partner and I recently stayed at Steigenberger Guilin, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious ambiance with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The service was impeccable, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. Its location is perfect for exploring Guilin’s scenic spots. Overall, a fantastic choice for a romantic getaway.

This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

Breathtaking place to stay in majestic surroundings. We came during a quieter period but it meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Great breakfast selection. Would consider coming back again when we’re next in Guilin or better yet when temperatures cool down. Jacky (the manager) was really friendly and went out of his way to help us.

Very nice people and very good condition and commodity, but the location is bit far from the attraction area.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around. Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis. At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room. Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

這次跟孩子到桂林玩住進了桂林融創施柏閣酒店，剛到酒店就被酒店景色震驚到了，我帶了行李剛進門就有服務生幫開車門問好，招呼我在哪裡辦理入住。前台非常細心的給我介紹房間位置還有適合孩子的房型，真的非常貼心。酒店房間很大，早餐也很不錯，值得一提的是酒店的遊樂場，孩子非常喜歡，叫了幾次都不肯走，有山有水還有黑天鵝，超讚

服務：酒店服務很好呀 工作人員都好熱情款待 衞生：衞生很好 設施：很好游泳池和健身房 小童樂園都好玩 環境：風景不錯 很舒服 就是早餐不太行 麪包都硬了 桂林米粉也不夠味 其他都很好呢，不錯的體驗。

這家酒店真是從入住開始就讓人驚喜連連！大堂門口的孔雀和湖面悠然自得的天鵝為這趟住宿增添了別樣的風情，而煙花的綻放更是美輪美奐。在這裏，自然與美景完美融合，還有這裏非常熱情的服務工作人員，令人流連忘返。非常棒的一次旅行，值得推薦！

還不錯！華住的高端系列該有的水平都有，前台姐姐秦冬弟也超級細心，為我們升級到了湖景套，非常舒服～還額外贈送了兩張海世界門票～在房間裏面也看到了很漂亮的煙花，還是很驚喜的！有機會會想要再進階下，去同園區宋品體驗下呢～

闊別桂林六年，回來第一站直達雁山 挑來挑去，選擇了離學校最近的融創施柏閣 提前一天和酒店聯繫的時候，夜班的小姚妹妹熱情的接待了我，回答了我的所有問題，消除了我的疑慮 一到酒店果然沒有讓我失望，香香的大堂，熱情的禮賓員，美麗的湖景，尤其是辦理入住的大堂經理陽松，當是入住排在他的通道，前面的客人在辦理開發票的手續，他一邊辦理一邊和我熱情的打招呼並在輪到我入住時禮貌道歉，給人心裏暖暖的感覺。房間按照我的要求安排在了頂層，觀景效果一流！ 當天選擇在酒店使用自助晚餐，秩序不錯，菜品稍微一般了一些，第一次見酒店自助晚餐有炸串，還蠻奇特的；米粉很好吃，提一個小建議吧，鍋燒如果不能做到現切，可不可以分薄厚兩碗呢？我喜歡吃薄一些的哈哈哈哈。 第二天早餐也有被感動，在領位台報上房間號後，餐廳的一位黑色制服的女士邊走邊向我介紹菜品，看到我端着兩盤食物，還主動提出幫我分擔，入座後沒有拿飲品，她又來詢問是否要幫我拿一杯飲品呢？溝通中得知我是北方人又主動詢問米粉吃着還習慣嗎？這種被關心的感覺真的太幸福！所以我一定要點名表揚一下黃新新女士，她温柔認真專業的服務足以彌補菜品上的不足，讓人一早身心愉悦哈哈哈哈。 大致就是這麼多，如果以後再來桂林雁山玩，我還會選擇融創，施柏閣！

房間面積適中，裝修還算精緻，居住舒適感不錯👍服務比較貼心。早晚自助餐一般，能吃飽，咖啡倒很不錯👌。最重要的風景極好：11月23日入住，雖然天氣不好👎但在酒店欣賞到了極美的秋色。開心🥳

酒店環境幽靜，房間衞生乾淨。前廳，樓層員工見面都會熱情打招呼。西餐廳早餐豐盛，員工桂林米粉好吃，湖邊還可以和黑天鵝互動，聽説週末還有煙花，下次一定週末過來，也會推薦朋友過來玩。

前台雨萱、學琳免費升級了湖景房。房間很舒適、乾淨，觀景角度非常好。晚上還欣賞了一場煙花盛宴。只是天氣不是太好，手機拍不出景色的美。
