The hotel surprised us so much, the scenery is really beautiful, the room is also clean and tidy, I would like to commend the front desk for their excellent service! I am very satisfied!

Location is good and staffs very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. The rooftops restaurant food is very good and got a nice view.

Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend for travelers to Guilin. The location is excellent, close to many sights and the festive night food street is right outside the hotel. Cleanliness is a 10/10, service 10/10. The rooftop area where breakfast is served was so refreshing to be at. Food was good, atmosphere 11/10! The front desk accommodated all our needs including providing a curling iron to use when mine couldn’t work. Thank you. Loved the robot .. made me smile everytime. Super clean, super hotel and room design. Front desk staff so welcoming and friendly. Thank you!! (Only improvement could be to add a mini-fridge in room to make 11/10. But the hotel was amazing that it even had a laundry room with a washer AND dryer to use for free! Very thoughtful!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The rooftop view of Guilin Port House is amazing! The 9th floor is under renovation, I thought I would miss the beautiful view. Fortunately, Miss YanHong took us up to see the view enthusiastically. When you step into the 9th floor, you will see the construction site. When you walk to the balcony, you will feel like you are in a dreamland above the city. The view upstairs is very wide. The landscape painting of Guilin unfolds slowly in front of you. The mountains in the distance are like dark blue, and the city streets nearby is amazing. The layout of the building is exquisite, adding a bit of vitality and comfort. Miss YanHong took us to see the night view at 8:30. The lights were on, shining like stars, this is a great place to relax, whether it is a couple hugging to watch the sunset, or chatting with friends to enjoy the night view (I chatted with YanHong, who I just met, for 2 hours upstairs). Really enjoyed my stay !

The location is perfect, located right on the walking street, and walking distance to almost all tourist attractions. However, our family room design and the toilet design are very weird. The design made the room very small and no place to open our luggage. The toilet sliding door design is also weird as the door is shared between the bathroom and the toilet.

The first step when you come with a warm welcome, The staff are very helpful and have a good hospital, language is not a big problem The hotel will contact you by wechat. All the answers will resolve fast , Wen wen, Xiaol L and Yangyang and man staff too , I away from hotel and looking for something there support with good information Room clean, with all facility

The hotel is really good, location us also good where u have lot of eateries nearby. Xiao Liu n Xiao Hong has been very helpful throughout.

The hotel was excellent. The beds were amazing. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was located in the central commercial road, which was very convenient and for an excellent price. I will for sure stay again if I ever have the chance.

Very beautifully located hotel if you book the nice view. Good tea in the room which can be enjoyed at the huge window. Awesome hotel.

I am fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is superb. It is next to food street and closed to tourist attractions. Room is clean with no smoking smell. Have laundry room including dryer that is free of charge. Staff gave us free breakfast buffet (probably because I was traveling with a disabled mom), which tastes great. There is a tourist counter at lobby where I bought my cruise trip to YangShuo. Price is reasonable. We receive free gift (key chain and towels) upon our check out. The only con is that their lobby is at lower level with stairs, which is not convenient for my mom who is on wheelchair to get to their lobby.
