Good location near the elephant park. And close to walking street and restaurants. The deco is a bit dated but the chinese elements fit the environment. There is a sitting area in a bay window set up with a tea tray. Nice staff who kindly stored our luggage and helped with restaurant recommendations.

First of all, the location is convenient. Some attractions and pedestrian streets are very close. The room rate corresponds to the services, clean and cozy, and the old-fashioned design is cute. The reception is attentive and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is at a great location near everything we wanted to do. The boats for the river cruise actually finished on the river right in front of the hotel. The room was very cute and made our honeymoon extra special.

Loved this place! Comfortable, clean, and great location within walking distance from Xiangshan Park and the lakes, and bus stops nearby with buses that go to Guilin Railway Station and Guilin North Railway Station. There's also a laundry room if you need to wash stuff.

Hotel was very welcoming and the staff were very nice. Rooms are clean and facilities were exceptional. They have a washing machine and it works very well and there are instructions in English on how to use it.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful; they go out of their way to help out, even with calling a taxi for us as we do not have the local taxi app. The hotel location is very central; ideally situated to visit Guilin downtown attractions such as Elephant Hill and Twin Towers. Wonderful location with short walking distance to the Li River and many restaurants nearby. The services were excellent. Those workers worked at the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Good for travelers. Most popular Guilin tourist spots are in the walking distance. Transportation is very convenient to all the tourist destinations of Guilin! Corridor is little bit smelly. Housekeeping and desktop service are very good and helpful. Overall it’s a nice place.

It is just ok for 1-3 days stay. Decent distance from city main attractions, cleanliness also ok. We were a bit disappointed with a staff, which was not super helpful. In other hotels staff was using translators to help us, being engaged in our enquries, whereas here the service was moderate. Anyway, I would consider another stay due to location.

Clean and elegant hotel with spatious room and with traditional beautiful furniture, located next to the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Most rooms seem to have a lovely indoor balcony with an enchanting mini tea set, perfect for a break from the busy streets of the city. Bathrooms are western style and they provide everything you need, except maybe a towel for exiting the shower door. Staff is polite and attentive to he guest’s requests. They also suggested a very good restaurant just around the corner. 10/10
