Lijiang Moon Hotel (Guilin East and West Lane Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area)

A lovely hotel set close to the tourist attractions but far enough out enough to be quiet and tranquil. The room was tastefully decorated and everything of a high quality. There was a Nespresso machine , a rain shower a clothes steamer and water dispenser all equipped in the room. The room offered stunning views. All of the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. They helped us change our room to a room with a view and were patient and kind even though they couldn’t speak English. The tour desk in the hotel offered great rates for tours and were quick to organise! The breakfast lacked pure vegetarian food but it offered enough to keep us full. The welcome fruit gift was beautifully presented and the Ayis were very helpful with helping to do laundry . The rooftop would be gorgeous to hang out in during the warmer days. The hotel provide bottomless fruit , drinks and other amenities in the reception. We loved our stay at this hotel. From the room ,to the location to the staff everything was of a 5 start quality. The room was also well sound proofed as it was quite all the time. The room was very clean. Only note the cleaning in the room could go deeper as the corners had dust and the bathroom walls had some marks. At times there was a scent of smoke in the room however the hotel is a smoke free hotel. PS BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!

Great location that allows you to have a good access to the twin pagoda and the surrounding river. Access to food areas as well.

Amazing hotel. Everything you need for feeling great you can find here. It's situated not far from Two towers. There are places to eat or buy food near to hotel. Breakfast is great for east and west cuisine. Room is super clean. Bed is very comfortable. Roof top view is unforgettable. Just minor things to improve.... - it would be great to have heated swimming pool in the winter - change dark roast coffee to medium roast

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It is a great location - conveniently located near the lake, away from the bustling city noise and within walking distance to numerous scenic spots. We have booked the family room with the children fun slide bed. It was a fairly big room and we loved the separation of the room between the king bed the double bed which creates a nice nook for kid. Courtyard space is nice and little details in the room with the light and hot water dispenser is amazing. Highlight was also with the complimentary tribal costume photo shooting. We had much fun! Special thanks also to helpful front desk staff Xiao Qin and Xiao Hui for their warm assistance to all our queries. We will definitely recommend Lijiang Moon Hotel to anyone who are visiting Guilin!

The hotel surprised us so much, the scenery is really beautiful, the room is also clean and tidy, I would like to commend the front desk for their excellent service! The only suggestion I can make is to heat the swimming pool as in winter you cannot use it despite its amazing views onto the mountains! The rooftop is great to have a drink onto the mountains.
