Love the service and facilities. Chose the room with balcony and it wasnt disappointing! free tangyuan at night, so so good. Location is within the city area, you can bike to the zhengyang pedestrian street to find good food. A lot of activities to do in the hotel. Room is clean, cleaner is honest and friendly.

Second time going to Guilin for a short vacation and ai chose this hotel again for the second time. Great location. Good facilities. Walkable distance to elephant trunk. The server provides excellent service. We were able to check in early (around 1PM). Warm greetings and very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Guilin.

Located close to town, with easy access to the major scenic spots in Guilin via Didi. Room was clean and the bathroom was very modern with a heated and automatic toilet. Loved the tea set that they provided in the room. The osthmanthus scented shampoo, body wash, and conditioner smelled AMAZING. Service was good and and we could check in early. Very affordable for the quality.

Conveniently located near Xiao Yao Tower. Pass through Xiao Yao Tower to get to the night markets via underground tunnels in the mall.

房間乾淨整潔，新酒店環境設施就不用多説了，主要是到達酒店服務出奇的到位，房間自己定的比較狹小，然後服務員熱心的給我們建議並免費升級了江景房，房間一次性用品非常乾淨，語音智能控制，隔音非常好靜謐。窗外街景江景非常不錯

這次遊玩選擇怡程酒店，體驗超乎預期。地理位置堪稱絕佳，周邊餐飲選擇豐富，節省了不少時間。辦理入住時，前台工作人員響應迅速，不僅業務熟練，還貼心分享了周邊交通訊息。客房內，床鋪軟硬適中，床品乾淨且親膚，讓疲憊的身體得到充分放鬆。辦公桌椅高度合適，燈光亮度可調節，十分適合處理工作。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴水壓穩定，洗漱用品品質上乘。退房時同樣便捷高效，下次出差，我仍會首選這裏。

地理位置優越，步行五分鐘即可抵達東西巷，步行二十分鐘左右可達象鼻山景區，周圍的咖啡店很多，吃的不多，打車方便。 衞生：需要加強。入住後發現房間高處有個礦泉水瓶，應該是打掃衞生的工作人員沒發現，到次日我們續住的時候，那個礦泉水瓶還在那裡。除了這一點，床品和房間衞生尚可。 環境：新開的酒店，環境好。我們付費升級到沿江的房間，景色很棒，綠意盎然。 服務：服務很好，前台服務周到、熱情。 早餐一般，但是窗景也很棒。
