I had the double room and ensuite bathroom all to myself and I couldn't have wanted more. The room was cosy, the bed super comfy, linen and towels of good quality. The hosts had thought of everything one might need. The "added extras" was the care shown to me, as I was ill at the time and Gina offered to fetch some medication should I need it. I left two days later on a day the trains were striking. Gina went out of her way to take me to my destination which was fortunately nearby. She went above and beyond the expectations of a BnB host.

In 100% honesty, no exaggeration in the slightest, our experience could not have been better. From the minute we arrived, which was actually later than what we had originally expected due to traffic, we were greeted with a parking spot, warm hello and a very cute and friendly dog called Ivy. Our room was beyond perfect, there were croissants, fresh milk and orange juice, cereal, bread, biscuits, waffles, tea, coffee, yogurts and more! The room was very clean, the beds were too comfy to get out of in the morning. Me and my friend were lying across the room in our beds simply not wanting to move. The layout of the building is lovely as the rooms are downstairs with a separate entrance. Our breakfast was restocked for each morning and fresh towels were left for us too (very big ones at that). To top it all, we were given a bottle of wine by the host when our friends came in between brunch and bars, which was such a lovely touch. We were given brunch recommendations and directions, there was fresh water and a clean bathroom. I simply could go on forever about how wonderful the experience was and can’t recommend it enough. It was more than just a nice room to stay in, it was made a really lovely experience by the bnb hosts. I have never been to Guildford before, but my friend had previously stayed in a hotel and she says she wishes she had known of this place last time! We will without a doubt come back! (I have probably missed out other great things, but long review short; there was absolutely no complaints).

I spent the most wonderful time here. They treated me like family. My room was really nice and clean and the service was just perfect. Gina was incredibly nice to me. I’ll never forget her. Thank you so much for everything.
