WE ARE MARRIOTT BONVOY MEMBERS AND RECENTLY STAYED HERE AS WE HAVE IN THE IN THE PAST, AND HAVE HAD FRIENDS STAY AS WELL. MY WIFE, OUR GRANDAUGHTER AND MYSELF, STAYED FOR A WEEK THIS TIME AROUND. WE LET THE FRONT DESK AND THE MANAGER KNOW THAT OUR SHOWER WAS LEAKING AND CREATED A HUGE PUDDLE WHEN DONE AND THAT OUR TOWELS WHERE VERY OLD. THE MANAGER DID NOTHING TO ACCOMEDATE US. MY WIFE THE FOLLOWING DAY ALSO SHARED THAT THIS WAS NOT RIGHT, THEY SENT A HANDYMAN WHOM EXPLAINED THAT 63 ROOMS HAD THIS DEFFECT AND THAT THE DOORS NEEDED TO BE FLIPPED. WE CAME BACK FROM ANTIGUA, AND AT 9PM OUR ROOM WAS NOT DONE. WE SENT CLOTHES TO THERE INTERNAL DRY CLEANERS AND THEY WHERE NOT READY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. EVERY DAY WE NEEDED TO REMIND THEM FOR ADDITIONAL TOWELS, SINCE WE NEEDED TO COVER THE FLOOR WITH THEM AFTER EACH ONE OF US SHOWERED. THE PHONE NEVER WORKED, NOR WAS THERE ANY INFO ON THE HOTELS DIRECTORY WITH EXTENSIONS, WE ASKED THE FRONT DESK, THEY GAVE ME THE EXTENSIONS AND THEY DID NOT WORK. I SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER, HOPING THAT HE WOULD DO SOMETHING FOR US AS MARRIOTT BONVOY MEMBERS SO THAT WE WOULD RETURN, BUT NOT SO. I FILLED OUT THE MARRIOT SURVEY AND WAS CONTACTED BY MARCELO, WHOM SAID THAT THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT, NEVER HEARD BACK, SO I EMAILED MARCELO AND STILL NO RESPONSE. SORRY BUT THE ROOMS AND THE SERVICE HAS TAKEN A SERIOUS DOWNTURN. MICHAEL DIAZ-GRANADOS
