Room looks very old and amenities is not upto the mark.attaching some photos , so that you can understand how bad the room is. Only positive is location.

it was a very good stay, with many good food around the area, the house is also very cozy

We were very happy with the service. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and turned around any issues very quickly. The tv wasn’t working and I reported quite late into the evening she however managed to replace it for us that same night! We stayed here again after returning back to GZ. The rooms are what you pay for, very convenient they have a walking machine too! The first room we stayed at could do with a bit of redecorating but the second time (pictured) was very comfortable esp after our stay in HK!

Everything was good. Good location, few mins walk to metro station. Washing machine in room, and balcony to hang your clothes. Great room keeping Just that the room kinda small if you have lots of luggage

Good location near Tuanyita square station (metro line 6), only one station from Beijing lu station. The cleanliness and service were acceptable.

We stayed in a room with two double beds. Enough for a family of 4. The room is clean enough, the location is great and the price of the room is affordable. My only complaint is that the room feels small.

It would be good if they could provide a floor mat. Room is adequately big but furniture are old and very rundown. Location is surrounded by food and small shops all around

the location just 1km near to beijing street with Convenience store at ground floor. easy to get food and drinks if needed. spacious room with much facilities !

Got a room facing the riverside , nice view though the window glasses are dirty, looks many years not clean. Stay there only for the nite as need to catch a flight at 6 am. i rate a 2 1/2 star for the impression of the hotel room. Near the metro.

A pleasant stay with a very convenient location. 6 min walk to MRT station and can even walk back from Bei Jing Road. Many shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Nice room and basically clean. It's a pity that the washing machine in my room was just broke down by last visitor and was not able to change as rooms are all occupied. Housekeeper are helpful and efficient. Allow to check out at 2pm and free luggage storage. it's a good location for the city exploration and it's near Zhu Jiang, a nice riverside street.

The hotel was at a very convenient location, although it was hard to find. The English name on Trip.com was different than the English name on the sign. Otherwise, the room was well-kept and the in-suite laundry was a main feature. We would stay here again.

The lifts are quite old and heavily used because the whole building is shared with local residents.
