Really nice hotel with a unique design. The decor is fresh, creative, and definitely different from your typical hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, you can tell a lot of thought went into the look and feel. It’s stylish, but still really comfortable. Great location too — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the metro. Breakfast was a solid 10/10. Plenty of Western options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Also loved the self-service laundry room — super clean and well-equipped. It made things so much easier, especially when you're on the road for a while. Overall, an awesome stay, 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — from the exceptional service to the great location and the delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk to many restaurants and shops, with a 24/7 convenience store right next door. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of options, both Western and local, and the food quality was outstanding. The environment throughout the hotel was clean, modern, and relaxing. Especially appreciated the self-service laundry room, which was convenient and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!

good always staying here, a lot of halal foods nearby, metro is just 1 km away from Planet hotel.

I stayed 6 nights, starting from 20th February 2025. The first 4 nights went well, the weather was generally the same , around 14 to 20 degree celsius. But somehow, the management switched their centralised air conditioning settings to "Warm" by default. There is an option in the remote control in the room to change it to cool, but that doesnt work at all. I complained the front desk a few times, but they only gave a fixes answer, "switch the ac off and open the window to get the cool air in". I mean thats the first time ever i have heard of something like this and i just cant keep the window open whole night. I know how central ac works and they could easily do it, but no.all i was given was a floor fan unit which was just ok and my room was hot the last 2 full nights of my stay, between 28 to 30 degree celsius. Thats not done. This is the only major thing i was bummed about,while the front desk, the door guys, housekeeing people, the people working in the breakfast hall, everybody wonderful, courteous and genuinely helped when needed. If it werent for the ac system rule, i'd definitely give 10/10, but coz of this one problem, it ruined my 2 nights and left me sweating at night.

The hotel had good facilities, but there were some areas for improvement. The room was nice, but service could be quicker. Still a good option for the price.

Very good hotel , the area is not far from Liuhua area . The staff is very helpful, and the services (laundry, restaurant) are very good excellent value for money
