Good service from reception. Location is like right in the middle for traveling to main attractions. 5 mins Walking distance to metro station with lotsa of shopping and good food nearby

We booked the specific room with bathtub and arrived around 16:00, but receptionist told us that room is not ready and need to wait for more than an hour, or they can change it to the same price room. And room that they gave was much smaller and with no bathtub. So we came back to argue, and they quickly cleaned the room and we got in. Despite that, all is good about this hotel

1. Reception used translator to communicate - very patient and sympathetic.
2. They paid for my taxi as I didn't have cash and later walked me innoerson to the cash machine nearby..
3. The receptionist also walked me to the restaurant next door and helped me place an order on Day 1.
I extended my stay from 7 days to 9 days and am now contenplating to continue staying here for the next 1 week of my time in Guangzhou.
Location unmatched
Room clean and crisp
Fresh mints at the front desk are not to be missed
Staff foes beyond normally expected courtesy to assist.
Bathroom lights are not auto and you need to use digital touch pad to control , dressing lights didnt work but i didnt bother complain as I was able to make do without this plus communicating this would be another project.
If only they had an english speaking team member, it would be cherry on the cake. But their current staff ensure this is not a deal breaker.
Great value for money if this is within budget.
