The apartment has amenities like washing machine and’s clothes hanger, also provide toothbrushes and combs. The only problem is our fridge was not working on our first night and we hv to change room because of the milk and ice cream that we bought. The second room also had a problem - the tv cannot be switched on so we requested to either change room or hv the tv fixed. In the end we change room again the second time. This time the fridge and tv is working but the washing machine doesn’t come with dryer. We are tired of changing room so we just hang our clothes to dry in the balcony. It would be perfect if the staff had checked that the appliances are in good working order so that we don’t need to change rooms at all!

This was a great place to stay, close to the river, restaurants and metro is a 5min walk away.
Room was clean and serviced with security access to the building.
The reception is at the back of the building about 30 meters right of the apartment elevator entrance
NOTE: the sign in reception says BOSE INTERNATIONAL DESIGN APARTMENT - not Boge?

The apartment is near to Metro Tuanyida Square Exit C. The building actually housed several apartment/hotel as listed on Trip.com. It is very near to Beijing Lu and there are many food outlets nearby. Within walking distance are the Claypot Rice Temple Street and Wannian Restaurant. The apartment is clean and worth staying in. Security is also good. Sound insulation is good too.

The night shift staff who checked us in showed no empathy or concern for guests dealing with non-functional air conditioner in their room. Despite calling him three times to report the issue, he simply advised us to wait for an hour or two for the room to cool down. It's quite clear that you can tell if an air conditioner is working as soon as you turn it on.
If he had immediately provided a fan and acknowledged that the air conditioner wasn't working, we wouldn't have been as frustrated. We understand that due to the Canton Exhibition Event, changing rooms might not have been possible. However, his delayed response in finding a solution was unacceptable, especially in the hot weather when we needed a good sleep after a long day.

I am from Singapore just check out this afternoon and leave my luggage with then for almost 3 hours after my walk around. Although this is not a hotel but an apartment with all house amenities but I did not manage to use it. The price for this $38 is very reasonable and cannot demand a lot. This place is very easy access to MRT with 1-2 mins. All shopping area is within 1-3 stations. On the left hand side of the apartment is the Zhenjiang river (I think so) you can rent a bike to ride there within 5 mins. For those who like this kind of environment this apartment os recommended to stay for Singaporean family’s .
