I chose this place after reading other people’s reviews and arrived around 11 PM. For some reason, the hotels I stayed at before usually had the AC already turned on when I arrived. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time. The room was even hotter than it was outside. Even after turning on the AC, the room didn’t cool down at all. It was a tough night—I couldn’t sleep at all.

We attach great importance to the situations you mentioned, such as "rooms are more stuffy than outdoors" and "air conditioning cannot cool". We have launched an emergency investigation: the engineering team has completed in-depth maintenance of all guest room air conditioning today to ensure that the cooling efficiency meets the standard. Starting today, the guest room team is required to turn on the air conditioning and complete temperature testing (target value of 22-24 ℃) 3 hours in advance for rooms arriving after 20:00 every night, in order to prevent similar situations from happening again. Your criticism is the driving force for us to improve our service. For the price, it is a very decent and clean hotel. Parking is extremely limited and runs on a first come first serve basis. Rooms are big. No complaints solely due to the price!

This hotel is some ways off the Centre of Guangzhou. Need to take a taxi but they are quite difficult to get one as it is located in a small road. The staff tho were helpful and managed to get 2 taxis for us to the airport. Rooms are big and clean. To get to the City Centre by public transport you will need to take a bus to Tanwei metro station which is quite some distance away. But the return journey by bus is very complicated and would suggest you disembark at Shancun and then walk across the highway to Shancun Lu (just ask around the helpful people around).

You might think something like the following: “The rooms in this hotel look quite good, and the price is very reasonable for Guangzhou: what’s the catch?” In this case, your intuitions would be largely correct: the rooms are quite good and the amenities are plentiful - the location, however, leaves a lot to be desired. You are nominally close to Jiaokou station, but the walk there will add so much time to your trip that you’ll end up taking the bus more often than not. The environs are not particularly nice: you are on a small side street in a neighbourhood of small shops and endless construction sites. Service (at least in my experience) is also weak: the bathroom fan didn’t work in our room; we contacted the front desk about it; they sent someone up and said it’d be fixed ASAP: it was never fixed.

I’ve stayed here for the second time. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a little bit inconvenient, but for this price they have a great service and cleanliness. And one huge plus is laundry!

服務態度還是挺好的。還有免費的停車位。4樓還有免費的洗衣房，然後房間裏面的空間也挺大的，做的衞生也不錯。總體來説還是挺好的。3樓的健身房也可以用。位置交通方便，設施齊全。

酒店位置還行 不算偏，酒店還設定有免費的🅿️停車場，這樣就不用擔心沒地方停車的問題，三樓呢還有個免費健身房鍛鍊，特別適合我這種喜歡鍛鍊的，前台小哥哥服務非常到位！下次繼續住！
