1st time in Guangzhou, and great decision to book baihe international apartment (easy to reach via amap or you can copy chinese location name to baidu) It's located near Tuanyida square metro station (line6) exit B (it's just 1 station or around 1-2 km) from beijing lu. So. I can easily travel around tourist spots in Guangzhou.
You will surprise by the check-in spot and real entrance lol.
Our room is big enough to stay lazy until 12pm, big 2 closets, clean, no cig smell (just some day), and have all amentities we need (bathroom stuffs) and makeup room daily around 11am-noon (if you don't need cleaning service you can just take new towel and water from the housekeeper)
I recommend you to have china sim card to register for free internet here and free movie to watch while you rest in room (I open roaming so I don't have mobile number)
Anyway, hotel provides free wifi for you if you don't want to waste too much roaming data but you can use only chinese application with their wifi.
Another good things here, there're michelin clay potted rice nearby here and many local food store from day to night, also c-store convenience store at grond floor. YOU WON'T STARVING HERE :)

The location couldn’t be more convenient - close to everything yet peacefully quiet.
I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the room was throughout my entire stay.
A special thank you to the cleaning staff who maintained perfect cleanliness with such attention to detail.
The comfortable bed and modern amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.
What really stood out was the consistent high standard of housekeeping - every corner was pristine.
For travelers who value both cleanliness and accessibility, this is absolutely the perfect choice.
I'll definitely be returning on my next visit - an outstanding experience from start to finish!
The dedication of the staff to maintaining such high standards truly made all the difference.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. It’s a decent stay with location near to metro station. Lucky to check in earlier as the room is ready. Staff is helpful and cleaner is efficient.

The water is quite slow and there is a little smell in the bathroom. The housekeeping missed a small piece of broken glasses on the floor and my friends stepped on it, which made she bleeded. The hotel didn't provide any bandage. Anyway, the location is good.

Have been to China and Guangzhou more than once so somewhat experienced.
Will start with the Pros: If you want to be close to the Pearl River boardwalk, the river cruise terminals and Beijing pedestrian road, these are all walkable. Restaurants around but only mediocre quality. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds 2 blocks away by the River. Cheapest offering at this location.
Cons: This "hotel" is rather run down. Cleaning is minimal lots of dirt under the coffee table and bathroom tile moldy. But for the price it is what it is. Just over $100 canadian per night. Overall was passable.
