External appearance of this hotel and elevator are old and ancient, but the room is so clean and its reasonable price to stay in downtown.

Room very spacious and clean, walking distance to beijing street, will book again next time as well!

Good location,just crossed the street to Beijing road! However the hotel is along the main road with no alley to turn in so it might be rushed when loading or unloading luggage down,esp during peak season. Hotel lift is slow as there are commercial shops above the hotel room floor (all at 2nd floors so no view per se. Only residential building opposite us). Again these might be issues only during peak season. Other than that, we are pleased with the big hotel room size, comfy bed, good shower water pressure and temperature. The delivery guy can come up to the lift lobby at 2nd floor. You need to go tap in to access the guest room areas. Lastly, big thanks to tommy(tony) that extensively advised us on our additional luggage policy for domestic flights which eased our anxiety and sourced for airport transfer service for us. He is upfront that the cost might be higher but it is a fixed pricing regardless the waiting time during traffic jam etc and asked us to compare price with Didi first to decide. Also, big thanks to the lady staff who initiated to push our big heavy luggage across the busy roads during peak hours and coordinate with the airport transfer driver to ensure our onboarding of transfer car is a smooth one. Their recommended airport transfer driver is so friendly and good tempered no road rage (note:all the Didi drivers we encountered in Guangzhou are so angsty).We felt so well taken care by the hotel and partnered transfer driver during our last day at Guangzhou. Thank you so much for making our trip a smooth and memorable one during CN public holiday peak season (五一假日）!!

Hotel is well located right at the tourist area. It is next to Beijing Lu. There are plenty of food and shopping areas to visit.It is also easily to access by Mitro lines.

It’s fine, but one of the night shift receptionist is not really friendly

Comfortable room . Room was big enough for 2 persons stay . Easy access with anywhere ,Will come back again .

We had a fantastic stay , room was clean and nicely maintained. Walking distance to Beijing road where food and malls are abundant. 1 down side of this hotel is that you can hear slamming of the doors from orher rooms . The hotel should consider upgrading their door soft closing mechanism. I would return to stay in this hotel again !

Location is perfect! Short walking distance to 北京路步行街 where most of the ‘must buy’ are located. Hotel offers baggage storage, we left our luggage there for two days and came back after our trip to 长隆 before heading back to Singapore. Travel light and comfort!

Near Beijing lu pedestrian street thus making it a convenient location.
