The stay was nice because the location of this place is near tianhe district, also you can get easily get local food near the apartment building!

The Yumanju apartment is very nice. It feels more like home than most hotels I've stayed in. The apartment is very comfortable overall and has a full kitchen with oven, double induction cooktop, full gourmet size refrigerator and freezer. Best of all, it has a 2-in-1 washer + dryer combo unit. Put your clothing inside and it will wash and dry them! Free laundry detergent is provided. For any issues or requests I had, such as needing a quiet room, the hotel staff was quick to accommodate me and provide a satisfactory resolution. The projector in my apartment came with a very large high quality silver screen and provided a fun movie watching experience. The location is excellent, being a mere 15 minute bike ride or Didi from the Grandview Mall, which is an excellent shopping center. If you need a quick meal, there are ample small restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance of the apartment Guangzhou is full of many beautiful scenic places, historic temples, and fashion shopping malls. Every day feels like a new adventure here! Overall, I highly recommend the Yumanju apartment for anyone needing a place to stay that feels like home.

Fanstastic place, in a lovely area. Spacious 1 bedroom with a kitchen and a proper living room and lots of storage. Great shops with in 5 minutes work, like Starbucks, fruit shop, barbers very useful. Amazing park in 10 minutes walk with a brilliant playground if you’ve got kids. The apartment was cleaned everyday with clean sheets, and the support team in the facility are great. Also the lifts are great, immaculately clean and fast .

Good location. Large room and service was ok. Some areas to improve - the drainage in shower was overflowing and air conditioning in the room wasn’t working due to the remote not having no batteries

Apt surrounding got some shops and rather convenient. Most shops close on weekend. Rooms amennities are ok, they provide dispisable hand/face towel which is very nice. Beds are not so comfortable. One thing unbearable was there was very bad smell coming from the toilet drain, so bad that need to hold my breath when I use the toilet, really smelly!!

This unit needs a bit of maintenance. The bathroom drain is not draining well. Some baseboard tiles are broken. The bathroom floor has stains. Overall is a nice place. Very spacious.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at this service apartment. 1. While the apartment came with a kitchen, it was entirely empty—there were no pots, pans, chopsticks, spoons, or even dishwashing detergent. This made it difficult to utilize the kitchen as expected. 2. Upon check-in, we were informed not to shower for the first two to three hours as tiling work had just been completed in the bath area. Additionally, further tiling work was carried out in the toilet during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. The toilet bowl had to be dismantled, and we were initially told the work would take only 2 hours. However, it ended up taking nearly 5 hours. We eventually had to return to the apartment without waiting for further updates and use the toilet at the check-in counter on the fifth level instead. 3. The toilet also had a persistent drainage smell, and no liquid hand soap was provided. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experience.

Great service from the team who is always friendly and helpful, and always replies very promptly on WeChat. The location is convenient to get around by Didi. Cleanliness definitely can be improved, the place felt alittle rundown and could use a renovation. There was a kitchenette but nothing was provided to be able to use it. Was expecting more from a chain hotel, it felt more like an Airbnb where the host had been living in for many years.

The location is amazing and close to everything. The reception was so helpful and hospitalised. Attached for future visitors.

This is a decent place for a reasonable price. Check in and out went super smooth, and the room is quiet and comfortable. I would stay again.

The family projector unit itself was not that impressive. Location: in Tianhe, but not near subways at all - ok if you didi exclusively like us Service: they respond readily via WeChat, they’ll come if you can’t sort it yourself - bathroom drain choked so can’t bathe & living room light spoilt, washing machine doesn’t close properly all on day 1 frustrating hubby+++. Washing machine issue we had to live with coz no real solution… Projector: runs slow, you can manual reset by switching on n off as instructed, but nothing free u can really watch (non VIP account) except some shows we have never heard of (funny only till a certain point). Positive: they do give ample bottles of water, tissue and housecleaning services if required.

The apartment is near to everything. Near to the mall but a bit far to the subway station. The price is worth the space. Clean and doesn’t have foul odor
