**Excellent Stay with Great Convenience!** This hotel is truly a gem! Its location near the subway station makes transportation incredibly convenient—perfect for exploring the city. What made our stay even more delightful were the little extras: the hotel offers a lovely afternoon tea service, and the 24-hour free coffee is such a nice touch! The staff were all warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for both convenience and comfort. Will definitely stay here again! Also almost forgot , free bus that take you to the canton fair

I recently stayed at XANA Deluxe Hotel for two nights and found the location to be quite nice. Situated in an old area of Guangzhou, it’s easy to explore on foot and conveniently near the red line subway station. The hotel is housed in an old building, which adds to its charm. The reception staff were helpful during check-in, making the arrival process smooth. However, I had an unpleasant experience during check-out. The receptionist asked how I booked my stay, and when I mentioned I used Trip, she requested that I open the app so she could leave a review on my behalf. I found this to be quite impolite and declined her request. I hope the hotel management reminds their staff not to engage in such practices in the future. Overall, while the location and initial service were good, this experience left a negative impression.

The hotel is in a very good location—it's convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants nearby, and the best part is that there's a free shuttle service to the Guangzhou fair.

Very clean and tidy, relatively new, everything in perfect working order. The receptionis lady spoke english and helped a lot with me settling in. Location is very convenient for exploring the city, metro stations are close by. Breakfast was just ok.

Great location in the heart of the old town. The room was rather small but had all the necessities. There is a laundry room accessible 24 hours, which is very convenient.

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the metro station, the room is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, they would do whatever they can to help and make your stay enjoyable. I would like to mention Ken the receptionist as he is very kind and he helped me a lot in each time I asked for whatever. The only thing is the room is not big, as the location is in the heart of the old down town and there is no much space to get big rooms as other hotels. In general I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will go there again whenever there is a chance
