Great location in the heart of the old town. The room was rather small but had all the necessities. There is a laundry room accessible 24 hours, which is very convenient.

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the metro station, the room is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, they would do whatever they can to help and make your stay enjoyable. I would like to mention Ken the receptionist as he is very kind and he helped me a lot in each time I asked for whatever. The only thing is the room is not big, as the location is in the heart of the old down town and there is no much space to get big rooms as other hotels. In general I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will go there again whenever there is a chance

Very good hotel, close to a lot of eateries and centre of attractions nearby. Friendly staff allowed me to check out a bit later.

Good location but the breakfast was so bad. Better reserve this hotel without breakfast and go eat outside.  There is nothing to eat and the food was cold. The room is quiet small and the staff does not speak english.

We stayed 5 days ago and come back because we stored our luggage at hotel and has some parcels to receive. By mistake we booked a smaller room (Delux double) then last time. The room was in lower floor and smelled not so good. The location was very good. If you stay at this hotel, should choose the bigger room at higher floor (business room). Staffs were helpful.

The best hotel in Guangzhou and the best service! Specially want to regard Skyler and Candy for their hospitality and helping in everything. Sure we will come back only to this hotel. We love everything there!
