Amazing hotel/ serviced apartment
You will not regret staying here , auper low price got on trip , better than other hotels nearby or in the same building , excellent customer service
Only drawback os cleaning aunty not cleaning utensils for kitchenware , rest everything perfect

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

Location is v near to Yide Lu subway station. Abt 350m away. Yide Lu itself is in d older part of Guanzhou. Perfect if you want to buy dried good like nuts, mushroom, dried seafood like scallop, etc. Hundreds of shops within 100 radius east of station along Yide Lu. Towards d west part along Yide Lu are the toy shops and CNY decoration shops that are open till midnight.
There are also small eateries n convenience stores right next to apartment building. V convenient.
Rooms are also clean. Comes with a large fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, kettle, microwave oven, etc. Can request for an iron from reception at 14th floor. They even provide a washing machine detergent. V good can travel light.

Initially, I was given a small, dirty room that didn’t meet my expectations. However, upon requesting a change, the staff upgraded me to a VIP room at no extra cost. I highly recommend speaking to the staff if you face any issues, as they are accommodating and willing to help. The hotel offers great value for its affordable price—I booked my stay for around 180 CNY. I also requested to extend my stay by two more days, and they happily accommodated my request. However, I recommend prebooking your stay a day or two in advance to secure your reservation, as availability can be limited. Overall, a great experience for the price!
This review is geniune all you need is an active brain 🧠. If you don't have it you will give bad review 😅

Excellent place.
Near the yide lu metro station and around the tourist attraction area.
Theres a muslim restaurant beside the building. A good point for Muslim travellers.
Convienient stores at the ground floor. Near the river to go for a stroll.

The room smells of cooking, twin beds have no mattress and the bathroom only comes with 2 bathroom towels. Not suitable for foreign guests. You get what you paid. We got another hotel up the street without staying.
