This was my 2nd time staying here. I love the rooms with balcony. Wonderful view of the city.
Rooms are comfortable. Staff were helpful. Location is good- very lively and walking distance to interesting neighborhoods.

Turn out this is one of our favorite hotel stays during our holiday in Guangzhou. Stayed in Elegant Rhyme Twin Room, very cosy room with comfortable beds Smart Control (Xiao Du Xiao Du), smart toilet, free mini bar and lovely amenities. Also, at the lobby there is complimentary sesame paste dessert and we can help ourselves to the hot ginger tea to warm the body in cold weather, very nice touch of the hotel.
Conveniently located in Yong Qing Fang area, easily access to all the scenic spots, eateries, cafes and shops nearby. Will surely stay here again.

Although the hotel is located within the Yong Qing Fang and convenient to explore the area; access is however not friendly for car to find where to drop passengers and luggages. It is either you stop in front of an art museum or Minisou to walk in.
We booked the double room with terrace but had to change to a twin room as the double bed is too small to fit 2 persons.
Breakfast is average with limited varieties of dim sum, toast and noodles.
There is washer and dryer next to gym on the 6th floor. Overall service is good except the tiny queen size bed and its access.

Stayed from 13/12 to 17/12 and thought of changing to another hotel after short trip to Hong Kong.
Due to the pleasant experience and convenience of the location, decided to stay with The Yun Collection Guangzhou Yong Qin Fang hotel again from 19/12 to 21/12.
Great service from reception.
Must choose room with window that can be opened.

Excellent location and service. A special thank you to front desk staff Ms Laughing Xie. I wanted to extend my stay for 1 night but the prime double room I was staying was already fully booked (only 2 in the hotel) so I had to change rooms for the second night. Ms Xie pointed out if I join as a VIP member, there was a 40% discount. Then, she not only took me to view the different rooms available but even made specific instructions to reserve the best room in the category for my second night & the room turned out to be even better than the ones she showed me!

This hotel is really amazing. It's probably the best spot in Guangzhou. The rooms are silent and nicely designed. The staff is kind and helpful - even if they don't speak much English, they will try their best with the help of their phone. And there is a robot that delivers in-room food.
