Kempinski Residences Guangzhou

The overall experience is great and the service is excellent. The reception went out of her way to help us with a phone we accidentally left in the car that fetches us from airport. The room is spacious and very well equipped. However, maintenance is slightly lacking and it may be an issue 1-2 years down the road if it continues this way. While the rest of the facilities are of good quality and very well functioning. Probably the only downside is the hotel surrounding isn’t so nice at this moment. That should hopefully change in a few years time when all construction are completed.

The staff truly made my stay special, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From helpful recommendations to seamless assistance with transportation, the front desk and concierge were always attentive and friendly. The dining options were excellent; breakfast offered a delicious variety with fresh and diverse options each day. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to major landmarks, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Guangzhou. Breakfast was good. Close to the Metro station 淘金。 There are construction 🏗️🚧 beside the hotel. Can hear machinery sound working like big machine and truck even during 2am. That's the down side.

Had a very good stay at the Kempinski Residences for my 4D3N GZ trip. Very nice and clean room. Only minus point is the location and the nearby construction causing traffic jams especially during peak after working hours. Breakfast buffet spread is not that good - but considered GZ is a food haven you can give breakfast a miss.
