Stayed at a business hotel in Guangzhou – ideal for work trips. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with a good desk and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet had a mix of Chinese and international options. Conveniently located near public transport and key business hubs. Service was efficient, but check-in took a bit longer than expected. Great value for the price. Would stay again for a short work visit.

Front service staff is excellent. Yo-yo was of special help in terms of attractions itinerary. Wifi can be better (weak), lobby at Level 5. Staff was helpful to ensure we had a good stay. Breakfast spread can be improved, and with variations instead of same spread throughout. Neighbourhood was convenient for amenities with shopping malls within walking distance. Gangding Metro nearby so travel by Metro is easy and value for money. Staff tried their best with English - good to have language proficiency to cater to increased foreign travellers to Guangzhou.

The reception, especially, Ms Candy wong was very helpful, in extending help in many areas of our stay. We stayed together with friends, six of us. However, the breakfast is a bit satisfactory, hope can improve in future, by providing a wider range of fruits, bread, and some meat, like bacon, ham, etc Overall a good stay, location quite convenient and a bit busy.

Not a 4 star hotel, staff not helpful. Room is Okay. Only good point is next to metro station and they provide free washing and drying machine.

This is my second visit in two months so you can imagine the good impression such as helpful accommodating staff who respond promptly. Room size is pretty generous for the price point and especially in TianHe prime district. Convenient shops below and mall and metro station nearby. I would recommend staying here!

It was good experience. The service was fast. The room is clean. Despite the fact that it’s near the road, it’s not noisy. And 5 min walk there is metro station. And in the morning you can enjoy on terrace. Thank you for such service!
