I booked this hotel based on the strategic location of the hotel. It is near by two MRT Station, No 6 line Beijing Road station and No2 line Haizhu Square Station. The best thing is walking distance to Beijing Road Commercial Street and Tianzi Wharf. In addition, i grabbed a chance to Zhuguang Market which is the local people market. I would like to giv ea compliment to the hotel staff who called Cheng Sik Peng, she is kind and helpful, She help me to order medicine via Meituan as i fell sick on the third day and i can buy the medicine via Meituan because i don't have local phone numbers. The hotel upgrade my room to the Pearl river view room and provided kitchen and washing machine. The room is big. The only downside is the air conditioner is not functioning well as it will be very hot some time and make me awaken due to sweating a lot. Anyway i will book again next time if i visit Guangzhou.

The building is so high but the hotel only 7 floors
And the rooms 5th to 7th floor

The hotel is in pretty good location (10 mins walk from subway, 12 mins walk from shopping street)
-a bit old but clean.
-nice staff who willing to help

Front office staff was nice and it was a quick check in.Room was spacious and had kitchen equipments.Toilet was clean and shower was ok.Smart toilet but only flush was working.Other functions was not working.Hot water on bathroom sink was coming very slow when compared to kitchen sink or the shower.It was a nice stay overall.My room number was 8-620.

This is an apart-hotel.
The hotel forgot to give mineral water on 1 of the days.
Overall it's quite satisfying. The location is at the corner near Beijing road. Easy to find restaurants nearby.

The location was good, just along the Beijing road which is the busiest trade and shopping area of Guangzhou. The room was medium size and it was okay for travelers who spent a few days there.

The Hotel is located in a prime area. The rooms are having costly setup. But the maintenance seems to be not adequate. Staffs are excellent and very helpful. We had to change room on the very first evening due to extreme bad smell.
If they improve, may recommend.
