Room size was just nice and the room was clean daily with amenities like toothbrush, bottles of water top up everyday. The carpet has stains but slippers is provided so I'm okay with it. Just that there's some insects like water fly which hopefully they can do better with this.

Terrible living conditions. Do not believe the online reviews. We booked four rooms and all of them had black mold growing in the shower. The rooms had terrible ventilation and was very stuffy and smelled of mildew and cheap perfume that they used to try to mask the smell. We immediately checked out right after checking in and went to a different hotel. Management refused to provide compensation or refund and disregarded the fact that my dad has a respiratory issue and could not live in such conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel and 5 stars services they offered . The staff no 17 is a real asset to thus hotel becos she is well mannered n gentle to guest consideration n i will definitely come back to stay and will recommend for friends too .

Staffs were very attentive to our needs and would respond fast. Our room was cleaned & tidied daily with fresh towels, slippers, toiletries, etc replaced. Location was very close to Beijing Road and was very convenient to walk around. Washing machine and dryer were free to use, with detergent, laundry bags and so on provided. There was also VR set to play with. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Guangzhou.

Hotel location is so near Bejing street/ MRT / Malls / stalls etc .. They hv the full works ! Breakfast/afternoon tea/ night caps / coffee machine at lobby ! Better to get the rooms with windows . Somehow ,”corridor smell of cigarettes. I got the room with carpet and there were bad stains . I had to ask for towel to cover the patch. Room is small for china standard . Only space for 1 luggage .

Very satisfied with our stay! The location is great with a short stroll to Metro station, walkable distance to a busy commercial center- Beijing pedestrian road, yet very quiet for a good night sleep. Loved that they have free laundry, plenty of choices for breakfast, and free afternoon tea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. The only downside is the carpet, which is ready to be replaced. There are stains here and there.

Room was very cozy with all the amenities needed. Everyday there was room cleaning and the items were replenished. Very near beijing road, a very convenient place to stay with affordable price. Highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and attentive. High tea provided and free laundry service. They also provide drinking water if needed. And check out time is 2pm. Walking distance to metro station, really convenient. Walking distance 5 minutes to ferry terminal too. Nearby have plenty of eatery too. Towards beijing road pedestrian street is also within 10 minutes.

Great location that is two minute walk from Beijing Riad tourist hotspot. The hotel itself is old and not super clean.

The service is excellent. No. 17 counter staff's service is exceptionally great. She is sweet and always smiling , serving us with great patience and understanding. The room here is affordable with great space for four pieces of luggage.
