My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

As good as usual. I appreciate the hot spring and the facilities. Though the breakfast is a bit weak.

You will find your room without staff. Hot spring water is very dirty some point. I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

Good to go with family

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.   We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.   The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.   The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.   We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

説實話，卓思道的温泉確實對得起從化的名聲。環境是最大亮點——原生態山林環繞，人不多，泡池時能聽見鳥叫，偶爾飄幾朵木棉花進來，挺有意境。服務方面超出預期，工作人員響應很快，要個浴巾、換水都很利索。不過設施不算新，但維護得不錯。如果是衝著安靜泡湯來，這裏值得推薦 在這裏點名表揚前台工作人員小楊！

酒店內的景色是挺不錯，但是房間有點舊了，很潮濕，發黴很嚴重，不少設施都日久失修。另外，房間裏蚊子蟲子也很多，把滅蚊燈放在房間內都不管用，小朋友半夜不知道是被蚊子叮了還是被蟲子咬的，臉上身上好多包，眼睛都被叮腫了，一晚上沒睡好。唯一值得稱讚的是，工作人員的服務很好，基本上有求必應（對於設施老舊的需求是有點難）。

酒店當初設計時應該是走高端輕奢路線的，可以看出酒店設計還是可以的。但是設施真的很老舊了，磕破的牆壁，脱皮的餐桌，痕跡斑斑的大門。總之有些拉胯，五一酒店溢價沒話説，但是即使平時對半的價格，也覺得不太值。 攜程送了兩份下午茶，就是圖四的一杯檸檬茶和兩個布丁，並且口味相當一般，有點失望。 優點：酒店綠化做的不錯，早餐咖啡不錯

五一假期，又是臨時“起義”，前一天預訂，今天就出發。第一次入住這種一房一廳的別墅，體驗感超高。 wifi：網速不含糊。 設施：雖然有一定年份，但是維保到位，都算合格。 衞生：客房衞生沒有評論區所説的臟亂差，都挺乾淨整潔衞生的。 環境：客房和普通客房不同，在叢林花草中。早上，會有小鳥在泡池圍欄上歡聲笑語。最讓我驚訝的是房間居然有一個挺大的廳和一張長沙發。其次是房間，面向泡池。泡池也挺大的，一家人泡進去，還有空位。另外還有一張按摩椅免費使用，拉高體驗感。 服務：前台小姐姐們辦理入住手續快速且有禮貌。歡迎水果是送上門的。當天由於忘了吃下午茶，浪費了。 泡池水是無限供應的，但是我們遵循節約用水的原則用水。另外有一點要提醒大家的，就是入住的時候記得帶上蚊香。雖然酒店有驅蚊水提供，但是畢竟酒店在山裡，挺多蚊蟲的，需要蚊香才夠力度。酒店温泉水質不錯，晚上泡一泡再入睡，煩勞盡消。 客房套餐送了自助早餐和晚餐，免去了吃飯的煩惱。雖然酒店自助餐一般，但是不差，還有的菜品都有。 小小夥伴臨走時還問為什麼不連住兩天，看來除了我，家人們都愛上這裏了。

房間挺大的，但是衞生真的不怎麼樣，房間裡麪兒童小屋的地毯和裏面的墊子都是發黴的。介紹裏面的小童浴品是沒有的，然後玩具也不是贈送的。而且很多蚊子。 公共温泉區域很多池都沒有開。難怪五一假期也不是很多人了，此時人不多成了優點😂 但是酒店的服務還可以。希望環境可以改進。

酒店温泉區設計有特色，池種類較多（如中葯池、花池、石板浴等），水質乾淨，泡湯體驗舒適。   房間乾淨衞生，配有私人温泉池，私密性較好，適合情侶或家庭。酒店温泉設有小童樂園、户外泳池等設施，適合帶孩子的家庭入住。 早餐種類較豐富，中西式結合，有本地特色小吃。前台的温靜文小姐服務周到安排預約房間，這次體驗非常好，我下次還會再來。

首先入住時間為3點 我們2.30辦完入住告知我們房間未打掃好 我們4人3點到門口後阿姨才進去打掃 我們在門口等到3.30阿姨才出來 從頭到尾沒有任何工作人員告知我們説不好意思久等 打前台電話打不通沒人接聽 隨後通過攜程反饋 酒店告知我們就市3點前就辦完了 我此處覺得十分無語 2.30辦的手續沒錯 阿姨壓根3.30才打掃完 也算你們把入住辦完了？那要不要今天辦手續 明天再讓我們進去住呢？ 我覺得真的十分不專業 如果3點打掃不完以後就入住時間再寫晚點

總體還湊合但節假日房價高，環境還行，私家泡池不夠乾淨，訂房帶的歡迎水果按摩等主動問才給，可能五一人多就不夠細緻，還有改進空間，晚餐團購套餐不行，早餐不錯。
