We have a great stay at Lavande Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient and nearby there are lots of eating places. Room is clean as well. Recommended!!!

Window wss open in the room, lock was broken can't close , Curtain was torn too, Mosquitoes in the room. Not satisfying

The window of the room has a security controller, which can only be closed after opening. The curtains are double-layer design of transparent curtains and blackout curtains. Located down a sandy road ,about a 10 minute drive from chimelong circus and chimelong paradise is this hotel. On the same alley at night is an amazing night market with local street food. Very cheap and very tasty. We travelled during winter and was surprise to find the hotel with no hot water to shower. The breakfast was a small selection of good Chinese dishes but yet again to our surprise no hot water.... a shocking lack for a Chinese hotel! Other than this it was clean and in a perfect location.

Location is convenient if you are planning to visit Chimelong Park facilities, you can be there within 15 minutes with a didi. The hotel was nice, and overall clean. The stuffed animals for the kids is a nice gesture - but both were broken, they were replaced; and they couldn't keep them - we prepared our kids that this might happen, but maybe it would be better to put smaller stuffed animals in the room for the kids to take home with them (merchandise, something to remember). The breakfast was very good!

I booked business double bed room for 7 days, room is very clean, specially the lighting is perfect, breakfast not bed, staff are friendly , they provides free shuttle bus to station, last but not miss is they have a laundry room with 3 washing machines n 3 cloth dryer machines which is very convience for people who stay more days. Will sure book again .
