This hotel needs to keep their price low in order for people to come again. Main thing is this is a budget hotel and don't expect much.

It was the most horrible stay experience of my life! A lot of noise in the hallway and other rooms during the night! The air conditioning system was broken and there was a strange noise during the night! The bathroom was dirty! The safe box was broken! I am really sorry that I wasted my money! It was an extremely bitter experience!!!

The room was positioned very well in getting some good views. It was close to a lot of large shopping malls and was generally convenient to use.

🚽 I know some want to find out: REST ASSURED YOU WON'T SEE EACH OTHER USING THE TOILET. Located just at the heart of Tianhe shopping district, this hotel offered a very affordable price and a decent stay. I might consider to book it again if I had a second chance to go to Guangzhou. At first, as a group of friends, we were a bit concerned if the toilet design would have been too exposed (noise, smell, and visionary) after looking at the room's pictures. But It's far better than the picture! You can't see each other behind the glass (like some hotels), the smell didn't get out, but there could be some sound out. Overall it's really acceptable. The location is GOLD. You can walk to the famous Grandview Mall in less than 10 minutes as well as the cafe/dessert area of Tiyu Xilu behind the mall. Actually the malls near hotel, One Link & Shishang Tianhe, have a lot of great restaurants too. And it's near Guangzhou East Railway Station where you can travel to other cities, though there is not as many routes and trains as at South Station. More for the room and cleanliness: - Smaller than I expected, but still not too cramp for three people. - The building is a bit old and seems like it's in the same building with local/permanent residents. - safety is so-so. There's 2-3 securities I saw. - you can order the delivery and riders can deliver it to you right in front of your door. - no dust and the cleaning was okay - the building is a bit old, so as the room's light - but overall not bad. Very acceptable A big plus is the reception's hospitality! - they offered free bottled water every day. And you can ask for more at the reception. They are not strict. - they helped us reheat our takeaway food, using the staff's microwave. Super lovely.

The place is accessible to all the tourist spots. The staff and crew are kind and approachable. Highly recommended

Good Location to few major big shopping mall and easy going by metro

Hotel at good location, Guangzhou east station just one metro station.

I have no complain stay at this hotel apartment... Close to metro station shipagiao which is if change one metro line there is line straight to or from the airport, there are many food stall and also family mart down the hotel, employee and house kipping are nice, there is a washing machine and dryer freely use, definitely will stay at this hotel again if visit Guangzhou

Excellent location... Above subway station, next to severa main shopping malls and surrounded by plenty of eateries. Excellent staff services... Especially front desk staff: super efficient check-in, extension, and check-out! Only two negatives: 1. WiFi signal is good, but Totally No Internet Access available. Technical staff could NOT solve the issue. (Luckily I do not need Internet access via the WiFi) 2. The bathroom bath foam and shampoo bottle design don't really allow their contents to flow out easily. It's impossible to use the foam soap without using both hands, and even with that, the contents come out in blotches... I would rather have some ordinary soap bars instead.

Receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Further enquiry can be done via their WeChat number. Appreciate that they are offering free laundry for their hotel guests, the timing will be from 09:00 to 23:00. The location is good as well, nearby to malls and subway.

Nice stay. Entrance to hotel was a bit difficult to find, it’s in a parking and you have to go up to 7th floor to the front desk. Easy to contact through WeChat whenever we had questions or needs. Laundry machine easily accessible.

Booked a room with 3 single beds for 3 adults.  The apartment came with a table and 2 chairs, a fridge and build in closet.  Sufficient room along wall to leave suitcase and room to walk by to access washroom.  All toiletries provided.  Also has kettle and cups but no tea.  Free bottled water provided.  Came with built in cabinetry, table and sink.  Washroom and toilette separated by a curtain with another sink outside of this space.  When showering, floor gets wet by toilet.  Outlets compatible with international plus to charge up devices but loose and tends to fall out.  Location is close to malls for Convenient for shopping.  Vendors close and walkable to get breakfast.  Staff helpful and friendly.  To get to suite, need to take 2 separate elevators with long waits for the 2nd one most of the time.  Although it has a no smoking sign, there is a faint smell of cigarette smell.
