Travelled with kids, this room size fits us well. Loft design with bigger bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. Conveniently located near 纪念堂 station, which is just short walk across the road. Daily replacement of towel and amenities. The washer and dryer works perfectly, we wash everyday so pretty much save the hassle of bringing dirty clothes home. The only downside is probably accessing room requiring receptionist help. When the staff is not around, guest will need to wait for him/her to be back which we have experienced once during our stay. Overall, it's still a very good short stay in Guangzhou. Happy to recommend to guests with families

Good service, location is best

The building is located at a traffic junction and easy to find it, but the Apartment entrance is at the sideways and blocked by trees the Taxi driver dropped off at the back of the building and we have to walk 100m away with 3 luggages and few bags, lucky it was not raining on that day. The Apartment counter is at the lift lobby with a Lady staff, she is nice and helpful and fast check-in, but each time we go up she needs to tap her card to access it. The Apartment has 2 stories with a Big and Clean Living room it looks nice as per the photo shown on the website but the LED TV is too small and not easy to turn it on. The Toilet is Big and with a Washer/Dryer at the dry area. A small Kitchen area with Fridge, Oven and Induction cooker but No cooking pot so we can't cook. The upper floor has 2 rooms but 1 door only, both are clear and comfortable. The problem we faced is the wall socket, our Phone chargers are UK 3-Pin type, we can't charge our phones and the Reception doesn't have the adapter to provide, we tried to buy it in the nearby area but can't find it. The surrounding area has many local foods to eat but not a shopping mall, the train station is 5 mins walking distance. Overall we are happy with the Apartment and service except the Phone charging problems and the 50m walking distance to Lobby. (Can you imagine if you arrived with your family on a rainy day?)

Location is perfect . Space is not so spacious . But stuff was friendly . I prefer to stay here .

A little bit to find at first but when we got there everything exceeded expectation.

The rooms was clean and everyday they service the room , because it’s apartment just the reception area is about 2 meter.

The location is great. The room facilities are old, very different from the pictures provided by the hotel. To take the elevator to your room, you need help from the front desk to swipe the elevator card. During the three days we stayed, on two nights when we came back, we couldn't see the front desk and had to call and wait for the front desk to come and swipe the elevator card. The overall service attitude at the front desk is good, especially the two ladies. If you are looking for convenience, this hotel is okay, but if you are looking for a vacation, this hotel will greatly reduce your vacation experience.

Perfect place for families of 3-5 pax

前台在公寓一樓。房間很大，內複式，雙衞生間，雙淋浴。沒有洗衣機帶烘乾。有微波爐，也有廚房，冰箱。2個寢室，都是大床。房廳沙發也能睡一個人。樓下就有賣水果的，還有小吃店。距離越秀公園也不遠。距離地鐵有些距離，但是我們一家4口，走哪裡也是打車，沒問題。忘記拍攝房間的照片了。性價比高，同價位如果找賓館的話，幾乎找不到。不講究服務要到位的話，公寓賓館還是夠用。

環境出乎意外的好，很大，還給免費升級房型了，東西也很齊全，店也很好找，安全有保障電梯得前台刷卡才能上，前台説是 24 小時都在
