No too shabby, can do better with the onsen water availability. Providing a way to maintain the water hot would be much appreciated.

This is our favourite hot spring and have visited many times. There is a good variety of pools to enjoy, both hot and cold, including a pool for swimming. There is a good choice of food, this is the main reason my children love to come here. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. We don’t speak Chinese so the check in clerk took us to our room and showed us some of the things in the room. At the hot springs themselves the attendant was very gracious communicating via a translation app. At breakfast the staff were equally hospitable.  Well done.  We are a little older (early 60’s) and felt well cared for during our short stay.

Resort located one hour away from Guangzhou train station. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel grand lobby. . Rooms are very large and pleasant views of the River. Hot spring had a variety of baths with different herbs, all in working order and spotlessly clean Breakfast offered a large selection of food, (mostly Asian ). It is preferable to get to the restaurant early to avoid long queues. Dined in the Chinese restaurant and impressed with high standards of food: well presented and tasty. Staff are friendly and overall enjoyed our stay. Be warned that staff does not speak any English, so communication can be difficult unless you speak Chinese.

Last week I booked a 3-day stay at the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel for myself through Trip.Com. Though there were few photos of the hotel available, the descriptions and reviews convinced me that this might be a good choice for me—but all I can say, is that the praises and kudos that I read are all understatements of what I found there! I arrived before check in Monday and was greatly assisted by Chen Yunsi, the on-duty butler. My requested upgrade was easily processed and all questions answered clearly. (With electronic translators—as my Putonghua is non-existent! When a problem in the room arose, the maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the problem without delay. I found that the massage therapists for complementary neck and shoulder treatments are very effective—but if you prefer wimpy neck rubs, such as not place for you! The buffet breakfast is combination of Chinese and “westernish” food and drink. Options for coffee were quite limited. A personal situation arose on the third morning, and I was required to leave one day early. Although the situation could easily have become stressful, with the assistance and cooperation of on-duty staff (including: Ke Yan, Cheng Min, Li Min, and Fei Long), I was able to check out, receive my local refund for the upgrade, and also receive my my Trip.com credit fairly quickly. All in all, I found the facilities to be of good quality, condition, and cleanliness; the staff to be exceptionally thoughtful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel and hope to return there with my husband sometime.

I was searching for hotels serving dinner buffet and breakfast with a reasonable room rate near 从化. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. On the previous day, we stayed at Regal resort. Of course, compared to Regal resort, this hotel is not that good condition. It is old and located in old town (it seemed like that. I’m not sure tho) we even waited almost 1 hr to get check-in cuz most of rooms are not cleaned and ready. However, my daughters enjoyed so much water slides and kids pools. Pools are small and cozy also these seem local. There are various menus of dinner buffet but the restaurant was crowded. Yet, the room rate is so cheap! I shouldn’t complain anything 😝

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The rooms are big, we booked a family suite and it was huge! Also It was my sister’s birthday , The staff were very nice and helpful and they decorated the rooms for her and even sent two birthday cakes! The butler was so professional and nice, she helped us a lot to get around hotel! Overall a very good hotel! Totally recommended!

This is a really nice hit spring resort for friends to have fun. It is not as quiet or romantic as some others, but for friends who want a weekend away together that mixes fun and relaxation it is brilliant. Unfortunately the food, especially the dinner is awful for vegetarians... and even meat eating international visitors suffer. Nevertheless, I would go back here for sure. The rooms are excellent!

Relaxing two nights. I come here often because the staff is so courteous especially the lady at the hot springs reception. This time i decided to bring work with me and i got a lot of it done while taking breaks to dip in the hot springs. Waking up, soaking in the tub and watching the sunrise is such a blessing. The breakfast was up to standard as usual. But something has to be done about the smell in the balcony. Also, the overhead shower head seems to be clogged in every room ive stayed in. The public hotspring area seems to have had a deep clean as the tubs and surrounding areas look cleaner. Recommended place to relax and have good service.

Great service, plenty of hot spring styles to choose, and delicious dinner.

Not enough umbrella in Hotel. Staff didnt try find. Just say find there in lobby. Our family go outside without umbrella. We stay 2 days when National holiday. Breakfast is same 2 days. I think change everyday when national holiday. Almost people stay a afew days but dont need eat same breakfast everyday.
