We stayed off-season at the hotel. The environment of the hotel was quiet, nice, and clean for us. The front desk manager Wen provided amazing service. Breakfast was variable and different everyday, and it was pretty shocking to find out it was very delicious. The rooms were pretty big and accessible. The hot springs were very relaxing and enjoyable. When the pools are open we are sure to come back again.

Our room was a garden view room, it was beautiful but a little bit old and outdated. It was clean and had nice shampoo and conditioner. The hot springs are amazing.  However, we did not have any water for the first day which was inconvenient and there was brown dirty water coming out of our tap. The big pool outside of our room did not have any water in it and the other big pool was freezing cold. There is also no spa like advertised. We booked afternoon tea for 2pm and the staff only turned on the lights in the restaurant at 2pm.

The luxurious room which you stayed has a 60m ² Southeast Asian garden design style, with windows revealing the forest. It was pity that the main municipal pipeline burst when you were checked in, causing the hotel to stop water supply. After receiving the notice, the hotel immediately notified the engineering department to switch the water tank supply. We are very sorry for the impact on your stay experience. During the winter season, the hotel opens the outdoor normal temperature swimming pool, and the Mulian Qingquan also opens a 120m ² hot massage pool. The afternoon tea operates during 2pm to 5pm, and we has provided feedback to the management to adjust the operating time. Thank you for your suggestion, and we sincerely look forward to your visit again!

We had a wonderful time at Mulian Huadu! The staff is awesome (Didi at the front desk is quick to response to all our requests), the hot spring has few pools but good enough for us, the room is clean and spacious, and the food is good. We’ll definitely recommend it and most likely stay there again.

Family trip during Easter break. It is enjoyable and relax in this great scenery. Hot spring is fantastic. Friendly staff. Part of the facilities were out of service. Food is delicate at Chinese restaurant , but not much variety for breakfast buffet. It is definitely a good vacation with Southeast Asia atmosphere.

The garden room is a little dark ; it could do with more light . Breakfast is ok too. The best things about the hotel are the gym and the swimming pools.

Property is beautifully made but not well maintained. Hotspring was the best part of our trip. Location was beautiful.

The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

The location of the hotel is stunning, love the tent idea and setup, however it was a bit noisy giving the bbq setup, play ground and turbines. Location, staff and services were great though.
