The hotel is awaiting closure, what a pity, sorry to the hotel staffs who putting up smiling faces despite knowing their jobs is about to go

Hotel facilities are a bit outdated and worn-out. Other than hotel rooms, there are no other facilities such as shop, restaurants nor coffee shop within the hotel compartment. Instead, the Hotel location is good and convenient.

Room is big and full of amenities, the building is showing its age though.

This hotel doesn't deserves to be listed on any website as it's more of a scam than a legitimate business. The hotel advertises that it has a Pool, in reality its not operational. The hotel advertises that it has a Gym, in reality it's not operational. The hotel advertses on multiple websites including Trip.com that it has a WESTERN restaurant, in reality it's not operational. The building is in dilapidated condition with water leaking from multiple places. The fridge was stinking ans extremely dirty. Our one room ac did not go below 26 degree throughout our stay and other did not go below 34 degree Celsius. Bad product and maintainance is one thing but more than that the attitude and approach of the hotel's management towards customers is appalling at best. We were denied more than 2 water bottles even on insisting that we would be happy to pay for it. We booked multiple rooms and our friend was put in a room next to a room of which entire floor was taken off. We checked out a day earlier as it was all very unbearable no matter how hard we tried to adjust. Even with so many reported issue that hotel did not had the courtsey to even offereing an apology. Here we would like to also mention that Trip.com has no leverage or say on hotels whatsoever in resolving any issue regarding refund. We were insulted further by being offered buy a refund of CYN 50 for all the trouble they made us go through. We had awesome expereinces in all the hotels and places in China except this unfortunate place. Very bad service and cheat attitude of the hotels management. They only care about their payment and not customer expereince. No wonder there ratings are so low across all the booking platforms.

Clean and strategic for business travellers

Tv not working, no hot water for shower, reception promised to send staff to help but didn't show up at all... service was not up to standard, the only good were... the bed was comfort n the overall area was quite...

Old style hotel, but very convenience

The building is consider old. The breakfast is a bit too boring. The room and bedsheet still consider clean I think the toilet need more lighting because it looks a bit dark.

雖然有香港直通巴士總站，但酒店比較殘舊，沒有任何設施，沒有泳池，沒有餐廳。如果可以再選擇，不會再選。

不住也吧，比普通旅館也不如，服務態度極差，訂房註明連早餐去到問早餐那裡吃， 竟然說是在外打包早餐盒送房吃的，真是大開眼界還說星級酒店，要求退回早餐金額，還說 沒有得退你可以不吃，問 酒店有什麼 設施供應 服務員可以說 什麼也沒有只是得供應住宿，還表示這間是百無酒店真激氣，出了錢還要受氣，房間不用多說了，以後也不會再到這鬼地方。

剛到入住時，煙味很重，後來要求不要有煙味的房間後，換了一間2＋1的房間，房間很大，還有個小房間裡面有一張小單床，換過後才覺得比較好。如果有帶娃不要有煙味要多留意。地理位置很好，在地鐵站旁邊而已，整體來說還行。
