I chose this hotel because I had very long flights and a long transit in Guangzhou, the only reason to choose the hotel was because it’s near to airport and one do not have enough time or energy to travel to downtown hotels. I landed at around 11/1130 pm and had to catch next flight and got to airport at 6 am, when at night I wanted to take shower, I realized there were no amenities, basic amenities that should be in a 5 star hotel, like shower cap, soap, cotton pads. And I saw a notice that “we are saving bla bla .. and request at reception” that annoyed me because I really was tired and didn’t want to go back find reception number , change clothes, wait for some one to bring a shower cap, which I actually did for 15 minutes. I mean really are you saving on this!?? If someone don’t use, they will lie in room, but please put these basic things. I was really irritated about this. And how come Pullman have different polices in differnet places ? I just was coming from Luang Perbang in Laos where I stayed at Pullman Luang Perbang and they had all amienitirs

excellent hotel, it's good loactaion and very close to airport terminal one. 

Fast checkin even at 3am. Room is spacious with separate living and powder room. Love the detailing and furnishing in the room. Bed is super comfy and foot pillow is an added bonus after a long flight and early morning check in.

This is my second experience with Pullman airport hotel in GuangZhou. My experience is excellent. I have transit flight in GuangZhou 13hours. I got fee upgrade to business suite room....that super big and beautiful. King bed super comfortable and the restroom is so nice. quiet and you can enjoy a nice dream. Restaurant open 24hours and has fee transportation from hotel to T1/T2 terminal. Recommended if you looking for a place for the rest before the flight. 10/10 for this time.

Hotel was clean, staff is really friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention lady in lounge and one of the managers in U8 who helped me with baby food.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel at Guangzhou Airport with my 11-year-old child, and our experience was mixed. I chose this hotel for its convenience, as we had an early flight and appreciated the easy walk to the terminal. However, check-in was uncomfortable due to the receptionist asking questions. It felt odd when she inquired if we were staying in the same room, especially since I had booked a room with twin beds for us. Her questioning about whether we were together and whose name was on the booking made me question how many children book into the hotel. On a positive note, the staff who helped us with our luggage was fantastic and made the process smoother. However, I was confused when asked to "depose my money," which added to my frustration. Better communication would improve the experience. While the hotel has its strengths, the check-in process needs attention to ensure guests feel welcome.

Located super convenient. Clean room. Perfect for a stay between flights.

The overall stay was good!but 2 beds 1 room was alot smaller than expected, lights are quite dim at night too. tv did not work 😭

Booked a 4 hour day use room while waiting for domestic flight connection. Its about 1km from T2 and there is a free shuttle every 30min.. Its clean and comfortable . A little pricey.

Good location for the he airports, the evening paid buffet was pretty good however the breakfast was a little underwhelming.
