Our canton fair experience is good because of this hotel. They offer free shuttle service back and forth, breakfast is good as well they offer chinese and western cuisine. They also give afternoon tea and snack right after a tiring day in canton fair. Will definitely go back

The location is right beside the metro station. It is convenient for those who wish to link via metro. The interior deco is the Victoria Style and you have a feel of entering a Victoria era buildings with lots of chandeliers. The service is good and the breakfast is the Chinese style breakfast. The service from the counter girls are pleasant.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,  Most horrible experience,  why would TRIP.com would sell such hotels ....??? No windows room.... we come to know after we reach hotel !!! this condition written in fine prints , why cheat diamond  tier member this way staff VERY un co operative !! THEY DONT TALK ENGLISH, WHY SELL TO INTERNATIONAL VISITOR ??? all rooms are very badly OLD taste decorative,  not clean,   NO updated plugs as per International standards !! no gym, spa or massage, as advertised on amenities while we book this hotel,  why give such wrong information ???? breakfast very very bad quality,  only Chinese , very less option for western, but quality was veery bad, cleaniness is really bad,  why trip.com is selling this kind of hotel to Diamond tier member, We need full refund for this over charged, misinformation about hotel, given to us while booking,    PLEASE ARRANGE REFUND BACK TO OUR CREDIT CARD BY TODAY,  YOU CAN REACH BACK TO US BY EMAIL OR MOBILE  TRIP.com staff should visit this hotel again, cancel the contract with them , trip.com is spoiling your reputation by selling such hotels, we need full refund

Very Near to a MRT Station. Well consider for next accomotioan for a business trip. Recommaded to book earlier for a good price.

卫生：The amenities are extremely clean and well kept. There are some smudges and marks on the walls and trimming, but overall, the room is spacious and has an elegant appearance. 服务：The staff and workers are top notch and extremely friendly. They are very diligent, and the bathrooms and rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. This hotel is great and very accommodating. I will definitely book this again when I am in the area.

What an old and extravagant European style hotel! Room is big with comfortable super king and the full set of big size sofa & coffee table! Bed linen is comfortable! Shower is strong with good temperature control button. Location: next to metro subway, convenient! Buffet breakfast is average! In general, paying $600 with 2 breakfasts for Labour day’s eve, understandable!

Big rooms, clean and the staff is very professional, except for the restaurant lady who doesn't know how to treat guests. The rest is great

每次廣州出差都會入住該酒店，該酒店地位置絕佳，酒店門口右邊和街道對面就是地鐵天河公園站，出行非常方便，酒店前台服務熱情，衹是酒店房間設施比較陳舊一點，如果能夠升級裝修那就更完美了，不過今後我還是會選擇入住。

正好在附近辦事兒，本來訂了無窗房，想看公園景，補了100，前台又免費升級了園景房，挺好的～房間挺大，很乾凈～晚上在天河公園溜達，非常舒服～樓下就是地鐵站，出行方便～總之，挺滿意的

交通位置優越 地處天河公園，地鐵兩個站到琶洲會展，非常方便，早餐品種豐富選擇多，附近美食也多，乾淨衞生。

房間夠大，整個酒店香氣四溢，金碧輝煌，小孩喜歡，對歐洲藝術風格很驚訝，早餐好吃，房間隔音效果好，安靜

交易期間免費升級為套房 非常棒的體驗 乾淨衞生 服務好 早餐可以更好一些

房間比較乾淨，酒店位置就在地鐵口，出行很方便，早餐也很豐盛，比較適合出差旅行之類的，下次可以考慮繼續定在這裏
