TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, Most horrible experience, why would TRIP.com would sell such hotels ....???
No windows room.... we come to know after we reach hotel !!! this condition written in fine prints , why cheat diamond tier member this way
staff VERY un co operative !! THEY DONT TALK ENGLISH, WHY SELL TO INTERNATIONAL VISITOR ???
all rooms are very badly OLD taste decorative, not clean, NO updated plugs as per International standards !!
no gym, spa or massage, as advertised on amenities while we book this hotel, why give such wrong information ????
breakfast very very bad quality, only Chinese , very less option for western, but quality was veery bad, cleaniness is really bad, why trip.com is selling this kind of hotel to
