Staff is attentive with service and baggage. Location is a little hidden. Had DiDi drivers miss the entry a few times. Gym and Pool facilities are small and the hours for the pool aren’t that great as it closes early at 10PM. The pool is one of the spots in the hotel that has a direct view of the Canton tower apart from the main lobby, sucks not being able to see it from the other rooms or even from the gym which is opened 24 hours. Also gym is a little small. Also found that cleaning services was less attentive by the last day. Some toiletries weren’t replenished the same way they were the previous days.

Very good location. Spacious suite and good breakfast. If have club lounge think will be better.

This hotel is okay - great view from the bar on the roof. But for the price it doesn’t feel that special. Breakfast is decent!

Excellent staff service, very helpful front desk and customer service. Highly recommended for families as they offered very spacious room with double queen size bed and being on the high floor, view is fantastic too.

Standard of finishes is a bit below my expectation as I expect this Park Hyatt brand should be more luxurious than the  Grand Hyatt brand. Room is spacious enough. Gym and infinity pool are smaller than expected. Location is convenient

My stay at the hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, exactly as I had hoped. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night’s sleep. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the room; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the bathroom to the bed linens and the floor, all spotless and giving a very comfortable feeling. The service was also outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who offered helpful advice and assistance. A special thanks to Blue from housekeeping and Ares at the front desk for their attentiveness and warmth! Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely return!

Top service and facilities, like all PH brand properties. Highly recommend to relax after spending g the day at Canton Fair or markets

Great hotel but a tad expensive compared with other 5 star hotels near by.

The location is prime, the breakfast was very nice with a lot of options

The room is not as big as the shenzhen one and the internal decorations are so so, but the hotel staff services and manner are excellent!

I Usually don't write review but this hotel is so good that i have to !!! I am a big traveler, and I can tell you this hotel is really one of the best I went to.. Everything is so nice, staff speaks well english, super clean, amenities super modern, bathrooms amazing, every detail has been thought through.. the rooftop bar is the best in GZ I think.. And cherry on the pie, I got upgraded to a large suite !! Go there if you like to be spoiled, you won't regret it !!!

Lovely hotel for a couple getaway. Rooms are spacious, pool and gym is great. Roof bar is nice.
