整體其實都沒有問題的，當晚到店前台的帥哥很熱情，主動給升了房，尊重都是相互的嘛，我覺得前台的帥哥語氣挺好的，房間的話整體裝修還是比較新的，隔音也還好，因為不是節假日，也不知道具體旁邊房間有沒有住人，有停車場免費停車，就是看到了泡茶的茶具但是沒有茶葉我覺得這個有點多餘。再説一句題外話，當晚到店前台小哥説給我升房了，那肯定挺開心的，小哥也説了一句如果滿意的話希望能給個好評，我也説必須的，因為整體來説服務態度很好，唯一不舒服的是退房的時候前台有個女性員工吧，我説退房然後房卡遞過去，她接了以後等了幾秒鐘，她來一句：你這個需要給好評哦。？？？我當時一臉懵？我需要？那不是變成了你在強制性威脅我幹嘛的？本來是要滿分好評的，我就覺得莫名其妙被人強迫了一樣，我想給和我必須要給是兩碼事好嗎。

超級滿意的一次入住體驗，前台服務很好，房間非常舒適，無論是出差還是旅遊都非常不錯，還以為花都這邊比較偏僻，但是沒想到交通也很便利

酒店位置很方便，離花都廣場地鐵口停近的，停車免費，有快充車充電。酒店前台服務很快，訂了套房超級大，有個小廳，有茶具，方便喝茶！很乾凈！第一次帶狗狗住寵物友好的酒店，非常順利！價格也不貴
