Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel

Shower was full of mould. See photos below. Room was nothing special. Definitely old and run down and felt dirty. All the loft buttons were smeared and grimy. The check in was a dirty iPad. It would take the staff 2 seconds to wipe down the iPad between customers but nope. Dirty old iPad in a case that was broken and shabby. Definitely a bad first impression for front of house. Breakfast was a disgrace. I was really looking forward to the hyped Sheraton breakfast but it was really bad. Worse than  shopping mall. Food was terrible. Not much selection. Plates looked like fairwood restaurant. Really not worth the money. Restaurant was smal and crowded. No one showed me to a table or got me a coffee. It was just every man for himself. This hotel should be listed as 2 star for what they offer. I will definitely not stay at another Sheraton. What a disgrace. Save your money and book a cheaper hotel nearby with better service and cleaner facilities. I paid ¥1800 for one night in this disgusting hotel. Never again.

Wonderful location. The lobby is a bit outdated in style and the buffet breakfast is extremely expensive for what it's worth. But overall still a good experience given the friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and gym.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the city skyline from the window was breathtaking. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tianhe District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!
